“Passing through KC on a multi-state road trip, looked up best BBQ spots and Q39 was on multiple lists. Lunch did not disappoint. Wife and I had the Judges platers. Chicken, pork, and sausage for her. Brisket, ribs, and sausage for me. All of the meats were amazing.Our server, Maddie M., was very friendly and helpful in choosing options. Normally we enjoy having a slower paced meal but since we're traveling it was nice that we were in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!”

“Terrific pastry shop. We are always on the look out for one. And this one didn't disappoint. We picked out several items. Hard to pick to between them all but if had to of what we got the lemon cake and the napoleon were wonderful. Lemon wasn't over powering just perfect. Wonderful after flavor and was so refreshing. The napoleon flavor wasn't summery like the lemon but so good. Very friendly and wonderful descriptions. We will be back. Highly recommend.”

“OMG fantastic BBQ! Some of the best, most tender burnt ends I've had in KC! Definitely will be returning for brunch! We also enjoyed an appetizer w/$8 off for their "8th Anniversary Special" - we got the BBQ wontons - definitely would recommend. But I also saw the appetizer for onion straws - it was stacked about 6 inches high with onion straws across the 12 inch appetizer plate - it was HUGE to say the least & I was sad we didn't get that too after seeing it :) Kye was great! Very quick & on top of our needs. She seemed to be one of the few waiters/waitresses working & she kicked major butt! Thank you!!”

“I had the UNI two roll lunch special with the Lenexa and Honey Wasabi rolls. For a side I had a thick and flavorful hot and sour soup.This strip mall sushi place sells 5 star food! Everything we had was fresh and flavorful.”

“This place is fantastic!!! I’ve ordered here many many times and they never disappoint. Delicious food, generous portions, great prices with fast courteous service. I personally gravitate to their vegetable fried rice but I also enjoy many of their other menu items. They have some really great side order/appetizers too such as spring rolls, fries, etc. You cannot go wrong here, I highly recommend!!!”

“The food was AWESOME. Please tell the bar manager, or whoever works the bar drink menu to update. The waitress ran back and forth at least 5 times trying to get a drink order b/c it wasn't up to date! She also seemed really timid and slightly slow for it being a very empty building. Super sweet, but we definitely were there way longer than we intended to be.Parking: There is a lot on the upper "back side" of the building, where you pull in at. Loads of handicapped parking out front with a few standard spots.Kid-friendliness: Seemed like a great place for family get togethers. Lots of families in when we were there.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheel chair accessible and plenty of handicapped parking available.”

“We ended up on a iftar party and got worried if we will get place to sit with two little kids. The staff was very quick n got us place in 10 mins. The food was very good n flavorful unlike most of Indian places that pour heavy cream into everything. Veg biryani, chicken biryani and the kababs were amazing. My go to place whenever we will go KC. I was scared of reviews but they proved wrong. I am bored if typical Indian places but this stood out that day.”

“I’ve eaten here about three times, their root punch really packs one but is still great. I’m currently eating their Peanut butter sauce chicken with rice, and veggies it I have to stop every second because every bite is so flavorful and delicious that I feel like I’m going to go into a food coma from it. Pros: - house made syrups - oat milk isn't an up charge! - some gluten friendly pastry selections available - friendly service - Affordable latte prices - only $5 for a 12 oz oatmilk latte with housemade syrup - Siracha available for breakfast burritos! Cons: - only 2 couch/comfy seating areas, rest of seating is metal chairs & mostly high top tables that aren't the most comfortable - pastries are a little pricy Suggestion to add huckleberry syrup to the menu! They sell huckeberry roaster coffee - it would be awesome to have the forest/NW berry flavor here in Kansas!”

Pull down menu for Half/half topping options is confusing. It makes sense after several tries, but could use clarification.”

“It's a little late review but i had to write since the food was so good!.. we were there the other day.. Ordered butter chicken, chicken biryani and naan. It came with this amazing chutney. Everything was really good. So far the best food i had compared to all other Indian restaurants in Kansas. Biryani was spot on! Great flavors not too spicy so my 8yr old and 6yr old enjoyed it too. We all loved the food and can't wait to go back and try other dishes. We even got complementary chai with our meals. Owner is really nice, we got to chat with her and her son. It was amazing experience overall!!”

“Cute little cafe in the nursery! There is plenty of seating, as well as a section to sit in the green house surrounded by all the plants. The sparkling matcha limeade was very refreshing and made for an even better plant shopping experience.”

“This wonderful establishment has delicious food, brilliant coffee, and an amazing staff. I'm lactose intolerant and their almond milk does NOT taste like a sad, burnt reminder that it ain't milk. It tastes like perfection in a cup, and is also my favorite. “We recently ordered from the catering menu for the Health Dept. They went above and beyond to make sure our catering order was correct. They also accommodated my request to pick up the order before their restaurant was open, carried the order to my car, and helped me figure out the best spot to put the lasagna so it wouldn’t get tossed around. Their portions are large and we always end up with leftovers. Will continue to order from them for our catering needs!”

“It is a very good restraunt their service is impeccable Chick-fil-A has nothing on them they are the best I also suggest getting custard or butterburgers they are so very good!?Kid-friendliness: It Is very kid friendly they even have jokes on the kids meal bags the hospitality is over the roof which is why I think all the staff is better than the whole company of Chick-fil-A.”
