“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.”

“My husband and I were celebrating our 19 year anniversary and I was looking for a place to enjoy a meal outside of the ordinary. I made reservations on line with Wandering Vine very easily. We arrived not only to a beautiful outside Castle but a meaningful inside to match our celebration. The owner walked us to the table, talked a-little bit about the menu and we were seated. From that point on - it was nothing short of fabulous! The server was knowledgeable and welcoming, and provided direction on the brunch menu. We started with a mimosa, followed by fresh coffee and cream, and continued with deviled eggs with caviar! I had the Dutch baby pancakes in a nice hot skillet from the oven with whipped cream and fruit compote, and a nice side of bacon. My husband had the breakfast sandwich which was truly not your normal sandwich. The selection of food, drinks, and warm environment were much more than expected. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion where the wow factor is needed. Bravo to the Chef and staff.”

“Stopped in here before an event downtown. The atmosphere was super relaxed and extremely dog friendly. The drinks were pretty good. Looks like they regularly do events and have revolving food truck outside. Didnt look like they had servers really, so plan on going up to the bar for drinks. Seems like a really fun place to be a regular!”

“Friends took me out for my 91st birthday and I requested Paulo's. Been there many times for 45 years. Always order chicken Piccata. Had garlic bread which was excellent. My order came and There was about a full cup of mashed potatoes with a small chicken breast on it. About 2". Chicken was not very tender and I ate the lunch in about 5 bites. Cost $16. no veggies or salad. Gentleman came over and asked how everything was and I told him . Portion was so small. He was very nice and took my lunch price off the bill. I will be back one more time because I really always liked it there. Also had lunch at 2:30 and no one else there but 3 people at the bar. I hope there is some improvement in the portions of some memu items in the future.”

“This is one of those coffee shops you wish existed but didn’t know they did. You get your coffee and can wander through their plants or go sit in the middle of the greenhouse on a soft couch and talk with friends. 3 of us had infants and the atmosphere was so nice for the babies as well, quiet and easy to take care of them as we hung out. I definitely am coming back as soon as I have a chance! Their vanilla caramel latte was delicious and their cinnamon roll was a hit as well! If you’re in KC, you need to stop in here.”

If you want to try a new mix in your coffee as them they are more then happy to give recommendations. By youngest says they have the best blue raspberry lemonade ever! A long with their Chocolate Chip Muffins and Cinnamon Rolls. Highly recommend going there and supporting this small business.”

“I stopped in here after visiting with a friend. I’m so glad I stopped in. To drink, I got the Royal Lemonade—well balanced. For food, I got the mozzarella sticks and ginger burger (I was super hungry, but had to take home some of my burger). To be honest, the burger is not something I would normally order, but it was recommended and I’m glad I went for it. I would definitely eat it again. The atmosphere here is nice. It’s clean and comfortable. The regulars here are nice and the staff is friendly. You never know when you walk into a bar “that’s not yours” how you’ll be treated. I told my partner that if we lived down here that I could see us coming here often. You should give them a try.”

We were impressed! All 14 orders were correct, served hot and fresh, and so good!! Great size portions! The service was absolutely great! Refills were quick. The atmosphere is so fun! We all enjoyed our food arriving by train. The kids had a great time. and only 2 little ones had a nugget and few fries left. Everyone devoured their food. It's definitely a must experience! “I went on Friday to get the Friday special, a 32oz for the price of a 20oz. I ordered the Hulk. I dont even remember what all was in it, but I do remember some bananas and I ordered it with coffee in it and some protein. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. I also was very impressed by the employees. Being a previous supervisor in a store, I know that its rare to have teens actually taking initiative to get the job done. There were 3 teens working in the front. All of them were working hard cleaning and serving the few customers that came in while we were there. They were not standing around talking or on their phones texting. They were wiping counters, cleaning the glass in front of the ingredients case. As we walked in a young man was wiping down the seats to disinfect them. It was great to see them working hard, working together, and taking pride in their work. I did make a point to let them know how great they are but i also want the owner to know.”

“We had such a great experience at the LS Pegah’s tonight. Our kids were tired from homecoming festivities and whiny, making them harder to maintain. Our waitress and the entire staff were nothing but amazing to us coming over talking to the kids and making sure we had everything we needed. There was a slight mishap with our one of our dishes and our server (Emma I think) felt so bad and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be back- our food was amazing!!”

And I even take the kids. That's my level of devotion to these things. Anyway, go there expecting a wait and that they may be out of some things because they are just that good. Calling them ahead to reserve things is good in theory but likely no one will answer if they are busy, which they are a lot on weekends.”

“We ate there Saturday afternoon and they weren't overly busy. Two of us got the shrimp platter with fries and onion rings. Unfortunately, the shrimp and hush puppies were burnt. They were so overcooked they weren't moist at all, dry as can be. The waitress forgot to bring the malt vinegar for our friends fish platter. Then she ordered a mule beer and the waitress never did return with that either. Food used to be great. Hopefully this was just a bad day. We'll give them another chance.”

Website was easy to order from, ordered a Large pizza with a coupon, store kept in contact with me through text, Pizza was great, made accurately and perfectly portioned. However my only problem was that I was under the impression that if I order on papa John’s website, I should get a papa John’s delivery driver who gets paid a decent wage, so I gave a $3 tip (20% of my order). I guess they 3rd party through DoorDash because I had a very angry dasher at my door saying he hates how people like me who are broke ordering food and only tip $1-2. I’ve stopped using DoorDash for this reason, their employees are rude, they get orders wrong or deliver it to the wrong address. Please go back to personal drivers who understand the basics in professionalism or at least give us a warning that it will be a 3rd party delivery. Please, please, PLEASE.”
