“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.”

“Friends took me out for my 91st birthday and I requested Paulo's. Been there many times for 45 years. Always order chicken Piccata. Had garlic bread which was excellent. My order came and There was about a full cup of mashed potatoes with a small chicken breast on it. About 2". Chicken was not very tender and I ate the lunch in about 5 bites. Cost $16. no veggies or salad. Gentleman came over and asked how everything was and I told him . Portion was so small. He was very nice and took my lunch price off the bill. I will be back one more time because I really always liked it there. Also had lunch at 2:30 and no one else there but 3 people at the bar. I hope there is some improvement in the portions of some memu items in the future.”

“I love this place so much I wish I could gatekeep it. The atmosphere is so comfortable, it looks like the staff actually takes good care of the plants, lots of seating, lots of plug ins for those laptops. The coffe is like 6/10, I'd go somewhere else but the vibe is so nice I just get a mid coffee to sit and study. I've had many coffee dates here and long conversations with friends and family. It gets crowded but that doesn't bother me”

“It is my favorite coffee place of all time. The bakery is so amazing! I could eat the egg salad beagles everyday they are that good. Staff is always amazing! If you want to try a new mix in your coffee as them they are more then happy to give recommendations. By youngest says they have the best blue raspberry lemonade ever! A long with their Chocolate Chip Muffins and Cinnamon Rolls. Highly recommend going there and supporting this small business.”

“I stopped in here after visiting with a friend. I’m so glad I stopped in. To drink, I got the Royal Lemonade—well balanced. For food, I got the mozzarella sticks and ginger burger (I was super hungry, but had to take home some of my burger). To be honest, the burger is not something I would normally order, but it was recommended and I’m glad I went for it. I would definitely eat it again. The atmosphere here is nice. It’s clean and comfortable. The regulars here are nice and the staff is friendly. You never know when you walk into a bar “that’s not yours” how you’ll be treated. I told my partner that if we lived down here that I could see us coming here often. You should give them a try.”

“I went on Friday to get the Friday special, a 32oz for the price of a 20oz. I ordered the Hulk. I dont even remember what all was in it, but I do remember some bananas and I ordered it with coffee in it and some protein. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. I also was very impressed by the employees. Being a previous supervisor in a store, I know that its rare to have teens actually taking initiative to get the job done. There were 3 teens working in the front. All of them were working hard cleaning and serving the few customers that came in while we were there. They were not standing around talking or on their phones texting. They were wiping counters, cleaning the glass in front of the ingredients case. As we walked in a young man was wiping down the seats to disinfect them. It was great to see them working hard, working together, and taking pride in their work. I did make a point to let them know how great they are but i also want the owner to know.”

“Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Our group of 14 arrived here today at the Shawnee location for lunch. We were met by friendly staff and seated right away. Once we ordered our food, it arrived quickly! We were impressed! All 14 orders were correct, served hot and fresh, and so good!! Great size portions! The service was absolutely great! Refills were quick. The atmosphere is so fun! We all enjoyed our food arriving by train. The kids had a great time. and only 2 little ones had a nugget and few fries left. Everyone devoured their food. It's definitely a must experience! “We had such a great experience at the LS Pegah’s tonight. Our kids were tired from homecoming festivities and whiny, making them harder to maintain. Our waitress and the entire staff were nothing but amazing to us coming over talking to the kids and making sure we had everything we needed. There was a slight mishap with our one of our dishes and our server (Emma I think) felt so bad and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be back- our food was amazing!!”

“We ate there Saturday afternoon and they weren't overly busy. Two of us got the shrimp platter with fries and onion rings. Unfortunately, the shrimp and hush puppies were burnt. They were so overcooked they weren't moist at all, dry as can be. The waitress forgot to bring the malt vinegar for our friends fish platter. Then she ordered a mule beer and the waitress never did return with that either. Food used to be great. Hopefully this was just a bad day. We'll give them another chance.”

It has a really nice kick but not to the point that it’s overwhelming. I rarely finish my food in one sitting but they were so good I couldn’t stop eating! The staff was also super kind. “Very good food, great service but if the seating is not very good... it just doesn't work if you have 5 people in your party. Tables are too small for 5 people so 1 person has to set outside of the group. Also, plenty of parking but spots are tight.”

“Placed an order for pickup on their app. App indicated the order would be ready by 1:14. I checked in at 1:15. At 1:22 I called the store to find out where my order was. They acted like it was news to them. They did find my order but I had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to bring it out. It was hot and fresh so maybe they didn’t work the order until I called in?
Their drive through had no line and the parking lot was nearly empty at 1:15 so I’m not sure why the order had problems.”
