“This is one of those coffee shops you wish existed but didn’t know they did. You get your coffee and can wander through their plants or go sit in the middle of the greenhouse on a soft couch and talk with friends. 3 of us had infants and the atmosphere was so nice for the babies as well, quiet and easy to take care of them as we hung out. I definitely am coming back as soon as I have a chance! Their vanilla caramel latte was delicious and their cinnamon roll was a hit as well! If you’re in KC, you need to stop in here.“

“It is my favorite coffee place of all time. The bakery is so amazing! I could eat the egg salad beagles everyday they are that good. Staff is always amazing! If you want to try a new mix in your coffee as them they are more then happy to give recommendations. By youngest says they have the best blue raspberry lemonade ever! A long with their Chocolate Chip Muffins and Cinnamon Rolls. Highly recommend going there and supporting this small business.“

“We were there in a Sunday evening. Our waiter Dalton was very attentive. The menu was much more extensive than we planned. Ordered 2 pizzas and they both were amazing! Super delicious and plenty of toppings and crust options. A little pricey for
Pizza but sometimes you get what you pay for. We were not disappointed. Our only complaint is that they don’t have a location near us! We can’t wait to return 😎we even had it cold the next day and it was still yummy!“

“Some restaurants have good food, and some have great service. It's rare to find both in one place, but that's exactly what we found at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse in Olathe.
My girlfriend and I came in looking for a nice dinner together, and we left talking about how great the entire experience was. Amy was our waitress, and she genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She wasn't just doing her job—she was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our evening. You can tell she truly cares about the people she serves.
I had the Heart of Italy Combination, and every bite was excellent. My girlfriend ordered the Chubby Cut Top Sirloin with the Parmesan crust, and after trying a bite, I completely understood why she loved it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the Parmesan crust took it to another level.
Thank you, Amy, for making what could have been just another dinner into a memorable date night. We'll definitely be back, and we hope to see you again. Johnny's has earned two returning customers.“

“Always a joy to have a meal at First Watch! The service is incredible, kind staff that are super helpful with suggestions and any questions. The food is always fresh, filling, and colorful in the best ways.

This time, we got the barbacoa power bowl, pesto power bowl, trifecta plate, traditional breakfast and some million dollar bacon.

Also got an orange juice, regular iced coffee, hot coffee, and Honey Crunch Iced Coffee. The honey crunch was so yummy and strong toffee flavor.

“My boyfriend and I loved it here! Our server, Yeli, was quick and friendly. We got half priced appetizers, calamari was seasoned well and yummy! We also got the cheese curds, and as someone who was born and raised in Wisconsin I can proudly say they were DELICIOUS! The chicken in my chicken fettuccine was perfectly cooked and seasoned, some of the best chicken I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The noodles were so rich and buttery. We will be sure to come back! ❤“

“Food was good and came out quickly and the staff there was attentive and seemed to like thir job so that says a lot about how the place is managed. The only thing we were a little bit disappointed was the AC still was not really working well and it was quite humid and a bit warm but not hot.“

“We tried Fortune Wok based on the other great reviews, and we were not disappointed! Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing.

My wife has a gluten allergy and can get very sick from even minor cross-contamination. Finding a restaurant that takes her allergy seriously is truly a godsend. She was even able to enjoy crab rangoon for the first time!

Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I can’t recommend Fortune Wok enough—10 stars from start to finish!“

“Nothing Bundt Cakes delivered a full-size red velvet bundt cake with cream cheese frosting to our office as part of a promotion, and WOW—this was hands down the best bundt cake I’ve ever tasted! The cake was incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and had the most delightful surprise—chocolate chips baked into the batter. Every bite was rich, velvety, and packed with flavor. Our entire office was blown away! If you haven’t tried their cakes yet, you are seriously missing out. Highly recommend!“

MeMa's Bakery is an absolute treasure! The biscuits and gravy are so good I ate them before I even made it out of the parking lot – that says it all! The pecan rolls are incredible too. Everything here is genuinely homemade and you can taste the love in every single bite. The staff are warm and friendly, and the whole place has that wonderful old-fashioned ma-and-pa bakery feel that's so hard to find these days. A new favorite spot in Kansas City!“

“I have been eating here for years and food and service is usually very good. I am never sure of their new hours since Covid. However, I was told by the front-line lady that because it was 15 minutes before closing I had to place my order to go. There were people there, still eating. Were they going to be asked to leave at closing? In the past I was never denied dine-in service.“

After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! Marla and the staff took great care of us with prompt service and delicious food. The Blue Moose is a great choice for any group coming over from the Garmin Soccer Complex.
