“Came in on Superbowl Sunday. Was seated immediately and where we wanted, away ftom door or restroom in a booth. Dalton was our server and was excellent. Customer service above par. Was effecient, knew answers to food questions and prices. Came by to check all was okay. Pizza was a little cool but very nicely offered to get heated back more to our liking and was back in no time at all. So very very pleased with EVERYTHING! Dalton is a great example of what Minsky's is about. Thank you thank you. Was worth the 1 hour 36 minute drive.“

I appreciate her freindliness when the error was on my end. Her kindness and graciousness makes me want to return to this establishment.“

“I know it’s a chain but this location comes in clutch for me. My fav dish is the stuffed chicken Marsala sub the mashed potatoes for fettuccine noodles with the Marsala sauce on top. They always load me up! Other locations give HALF the noodle portion and hardly any extra sauce. This place never fails me.“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!!
