“We had such a great experience at the LS Pegah’s tonight. Our kids were tired from homecoming festivities and whiny, making them harder to maintain. Our waitress and the entire staff were nothing but amazing to us coming over talking to the kids and making sure we had everything we needed. There was a slight mishap with our one of our dishes and our server (Emma I think) felt so bad and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be back- our food was amazing!!“

“I wanted to shout out Ken at the Lee Summit location. He was so kind when I called and said my food didn’t get delivered even though it say it was. He quickly made the order again and had it sent out. He even took the time to call once the notification came in saying it was delivered just to ensure we got our dinner. Thank you for your kindness and going above and beyond.“

They support in-person ordering at the counter and a drive thru, as well as mobile ordering. Service is always fast and efficient, the employees are always exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the food is made to order, so it’s ALWAYS hot AND fresh! Go see AMBER she is a bomb ass server, she was attentive, pleasant , knowledgeable and she treated us with the best service ever, it’s rare these days to have impeccable service, olive garden should be happy to have her and we need more servers like her, thanks AMBER 🥰“

“This was THE nicest Panera I’ve ever been to. It was clean, the people were so sweet, we talked to Chris who I believe is the manager and he was so pleasant. The bathrooms were spotless and even the parking lot was clean! No overflowing trash or dishes which I really appreciated. I will be coming here from here on out if I want Panera! Thank you!!“

“Wanted to give a five star review. Food is great and service is friendly. One problem!! I’ve sat here for an hour and watched tables be cleared but never wiped or sanitized this can cause a health issue especially because other customers put dirty phones bags and other articles on tables. When i got to dining area i struggled to find an actual clean table top! I work in restaurants and this should be addressed.“

“Always a great choice for lunch. There is always a good selection of sandwiches that offer something different than a lot of other establishments. I have found it can be hard to tell when your order is ready depending on who is working since they might not call your name. In this case you would rely on being able to see the screen panel that shows your orders status. Also a good place yo sit and get some work done in the evening, nice calm atmosphere with good lighting.“
