“I wish all casual dining experiences were as good as Chicken Salad Chick in Lee’s Summit. The food is always fresh and the service is always friendly and excellent. It has a casual, yet clean, atmosphere and is a great place to stop for a business or girls lunch.“

“Bailey, our server, was one of the best servers I've ever had. We had a party of 8, and she was on top of things better than most servers do with a party of 2. This person was expert level, and made it look effortless. They were super nice too. Give her a raise!“

“My girlfriend and I eat at xolos as out date night restaurant. unfortunately we can no longer trust their food. or order was a family margarita (for my birthday) the xolo burrito (only had red sauce no white sauce), and papa's con polo. she ate the papa's con polo, after saying to was not as good at it typically is, she finished it, and had one cup of the margarita. her food must have been under cooked, because she has been throwing up all night and still is this morning. we believe she now has food poisoning, and we no longer trust them to provide us a safe to eat meal. If it doesn't look right dont risk it. we wont anymore.“

“I always enjoy the food there, a bit pricey at times but the food is good, and the never ending breadsticks and soup are to die for! Plus the lunch menu is always a good option. But the reason I leave this review is because of our server, Tony, was the highlight of this visit! Went in with our group of about 8 missionaries and he was pretty funny. You can tell he has experience and he would always try to be efficient but pretty funny. He brought us a lot of water, and always kept us very well fed on breadsticks. He knew well how to respond and kept us filled on our soups. We were so stuffed haha. Tony was awesome and he made the experience very memorable! Definitely huge shout out to him!“

“Went here for the first time, and honestly, I regret not coming sooner. I had avoided this place for a while because of some reviews, but that was clearly a mistake—I should’ve tried it for myself earlier. The food was great, the prices were fair, and the woman at the front who took my order was absolutely wonderful.
I hope the owner sees this, because I owe you an apology for not stopping in sooner. Also, I’m sorry for coming in about 30 minutes before closing—I always feel bad doing that, but I was in a bit of a bind and needed something quick.
Overall, a really great experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

Update 5/20/26- Came inside again and got take out. Great as always! And wanted to also say thank you to the cook for the free fried doughnuts! My kid was nothing but excited for them!“
