It feels like Panera has lost the personal touch. The food is still good. Not much human interaction. Last time I ate in I got a nice salad and sandwich. The person at the drive-thru was very nice but not as attentive as I'd hoped. They asked a bunch of questions about my coffee order in an attempt to get it right, but they ended up giving me an iced one instead of a hot one like I originally ordered. Also, my niece's breakfast sandwich didn't have cheese even though she specifically asked for it. The wait in the drive-thru line was already longer than expected, and we didn't have time to have them fix it as we were on a time crunch...read full review
