“the employees were super nice. we had some issues with an unused but old giftcard and staff was very patient and kind! the food was also pretty good! This was my first time at Panera so I was quite shocked seeing a salad with croutons stuffed in bread lol“

“I went through the drive-through. Everybody was nice. Whoever served me was very polite. I did an online order. It was very simple. Showed me whatever coupons I had. It would’ve been five stars had my cinnamon roll not been so stale that it was hard. However, the other pastries in my box seem to be fine. I have not tried them all, but the scone was definitely fresh.“

“This restaurant is exceptional. I have been eating here since 2008. I remember getting it around when KU won the national championship. The consistency of a great product has endured for nearly 20 years. That is an amazing accomplishment itself. The family that runs it is awesome. 10 out of 10, no notes.“
