Quite, cozy and they followed my request for no croutons in my tomato soup and they gave me a fresh brownie. Love this place.
the employees were super nice. we had some issues with an unused but old giftcard and staff was very patient and kind! the food was also pretty good! This was my first time at Panera so I was quite shocked seeing a salad with croutons stuffed in bread lol
In the past the place was great, but today they gave me cold mac and cheese. I had to heat it using the microwave under the coffee bar. It wasn’t busy inside the building either, so there wasn’t an obvious reason for the mishap.
