Went into McAllister's today. Ordered a French Dip and I thought I ordered a large but it was, instead, a small. The manager was very accommodating and was willing to correct my order. I appreciate her freindliness when the error was on my end. Her kindness and graciousness makes me want to return to this establishment.
Chose to go on a Sunday at 1:00PM, probably the first mistake. We had a group of 6 people and the only big enough and empty table was dirty on top and wet on the floor. I waited 10+ minutes for one of the two bathrooms and finally a worker walks out on his phone. Food took a while to come to our table and one of our sandwiches was wrong but we took it anyway since we didn’t want to wait even longer.
