They never give napkins or straws out through the drive thru! A bit frustrating!
A new guy while struggling to get me my sandwich two guys are just sitting on the side and watching him. not very helpful
Two associates were at the counter, a lady making a sandwich, a guy preparing bread to make. Neither greeted me or said anything for 2-3 minutes. Finally the gentleman, after he loaded up 6 racks of bread in the over, asked if it was an online order and then wanted my confirmation number, not just my name.
