From the moment we got engaged we knew we wanted her desserts, and the entire experience lived up to every expectation. The desserts were stunningly beautiful, incredibly delicious, and executed exactly as we envisioned. Every single guest raved about them throughout the evening. “Beyond impressed! My boyfriend's favorite dessert is a key lime pie. He has a son that has a gluten and dairy allergy and his one request for his birthday this year was a key lime pie that he could share with his son. That was not an easy task to locate. Even though it is not something they offer on their menu, Mud Pie Bakery was willing to do a special order for a gluten free, dairy free key lime pie and I must say, we were blown away! It was delicious! The crust was delicious, the filling was tangy, and the whipped topping was sweet and balanced everything else out! Not only that, but it looked beautiful! The best part is that my boyfriend's son got to enjoy a sweet treat that the rest of the family was having and that is something that rarely happens, due to his dietary restrictions! Thank you, Mud Pie, for doing this for us and for being so kind and accommodating!“

“I love this place so much I wish I could gatekeep it. The atmosphere is so comfortable, it looks like the staff actually takes good care of the plants, lots of seating, lots of plug ins for those laptops. The coffe is like 6/10, I'd go somewhere else but the vibe is so nice I just get a mid coffee to sit and study. I've had many coffee dates here and long conversations with friends and family. It gets crowded but that doesn't bother me“

“I’ve enjoyed the food from Jack Stack at various locations and for catering but going in and experiencing the customer service at the Lenexa location elevated my thoughts on the restaurant so much. Even on a busy night, Our waitress, Sara was gracious toward our big group and we never felt rushed to get-in and get-out. The wings, salmon dip and sliders were delicious. The bartenders made top notch cocktails and were also providing great service! We’d come back just for the atmosphere but the food and drinks make it even more one of our go-to places.“

“We had the fixed price lunch menu. There are many excellent choices for the main dish, two side dishes accompanying it, and dessert. I chose French Onion soup and the arugula salad with pecans, accompanied by Andre's in-house-made dressing. The main course was a fall harvest quiche with potatoes and apples, a locally made goat cheese, baked on a flaky crust. Wowie! Filling, hearty, and beautiful. I finished with a raspberry or strawberry fondant, over alternating layers of crisp pastry and a sweet, creamy filling! Amazing. And that is a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream on the side!“

The manager surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries, our table decorated with roses, and gave me a rose! Our hostess made us a special two year plate with a delicious raspberry sauce. “I’ve had the 4 meal a week plan for a year… and I can’t recommend it enough! I truly look forward to eating them, and feel great after. I love the rotating menu and ability to skip weeks when I need to. The protein is incredible, veggies so fresh, and everything is so well balanced and tasty. Kitch makes it easy to get nutrients and vitamins without compromise and as a Celiac with a strict gluten free diet, I can’t thank Kitch enough for making food easy and enjoyable!“
