“We had Kate as a caterer for our wedding and from the beginning until the end the experience was absolutely wonderful. She was our favorite vendor to work with, and she made every process easy (the most important thing when stressing planning a wedding). Our dessert trial was great, she’s an amazing baker and the flavors were all wonderful. It truly felt like a romantic experience due to her customer service and the beauty of the shop! She really took the time to get to know us, jot down what we wanted and how we wanted it for our special day, and she showed up the day of and executed it perfectly! You can truly tell she is passionate about what she does, and prioritizes making the client happy. Truly a skilled artist, I recommend her to anyone having a wedding or special event! 🫶🏻 Also stopped by and purchased a pastry as I went to drop off something and it was so yummy! Flavorful, buttery flaky crust, and fresh! I also got to try her smore macarons and it was so pillowy light- you could really taste the chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker in every bite, truly delectable!“

“This is one of those coffee shops you wish existed but didn’t know they did. You get your coffee and can wander through their plants or go sit in the middle of the greenhouse on a soft couch and talk with friends. 3 of us had infants and the atmosphere was so nice for the babies as well, quiet and easy to take care of them as we hung out. I definitely am coming back as soon as I have a chance! Their vanilla caramel latte was delicious and their cinnamon roll was a hit as well! If you’re in KC, you need to stop in here.“

“Some restaurants have good food, and some have great service. It's rare to find both in one place, but that's exactly what we found at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse in Olathe.
My girlfriend and I came in looking for a nice dinner together, and we left talking about how great the entire experience was. Amy was our waitress, and she genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She wasn't just doing her job—she was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our evening. You can tell she truly cares about the people she serves.
I had the Heart of Italy Combination, and every bite was excellent. My girlfriend ordered the Chubby Cut Top Sirloin with the Parmesan crust, and after trying a bite, I completely understood why she loved it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the Parmesan crust took it to another level.
Thank you, Amy, for making what could have been just another dinner into a memorable date night. We'll definitely be back, and we hope to see you again. Johnny's has earned two returning customers.“

“My cousins and I came to Kansas City to visit our aunt and cousins. We decided it was going to be a mini BBQ trip, so we ate at different BBQ restaurants each day. Jack Stacks was phenomenal as each appetizer, meat and side were some of the best we've ever had. We shared everything... onion rings, fried mushrooms, mac & cheese, pork burnt ends, beef burnt ends, sausage, baby back ribs, lamb ribs, brisket, cheesy corn bake, cole slaw, and hickory pit beans. Each dish built upon the prior one for an exceptional dining experience. Ameed took care of us an did a spectacular job. I highly recommend Jack Stacks as it never dissapoints.“

“Beyond impressed! My boyfriend's favorite dessert is a key lime pie. He has a son that has a gluten and dairy allergy and his one request for his birthday this year was a key lime pie that he could share with his son. That was not an easy task to locate. Even though it is not something they offer on their menu, Mud Pie Bakery was willing to do a special order for a gluten free, dairy free key lime pie and I must say, we were blown away! It was delicious! The crust was delicious, the filling was tangy, and the whipped topping was sweet and balanced everything else out! Not only that, but it looked beautiful! The best part is that my boyfriend's son got to enjoy a sweet treat that the rest of the family was having and that is something that rarely happens, due to his dietary restrictions! Thank you, Mud Pie, for doing this for us and for being so kind and accommodating!“

“Always a joy to have a meal at First Watch! The service is incredible, kind staff that are super helpful with suggestions and any questions. The food is always fresh, filling, and colorful in the best ways.

This time, we got the barbacoa power bowl, pesto power bowl, trifecta plate, traditional breakfast and some million dollar bacon.

Also got an orange juice, regular iced coffee, hot coffee, and Honey Crunch Iced Coffee. The honey crunch was so yummy and strong toffee flavor.

“Nothing Bundt Cakes delivered a full-size red velvet bundt cake with cream cheese frosting to our office as part of a promotion, and WOW—this was hands down the best bundt cake I’ve ever tasted! The cake was incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and had the most delightful surprise—chocolate chips baked into the batter. Every bite was rich, velvety, and packed with flavor. Our entire office was blown away! If you haven’t tried their cakes yet, you are seriously missing out. Highly recommend!“

“It was our first time dining here. We went for Sunday brunch. It was an amazing and delicious experience. Great pretty atmosphere, the service was awesome and the food delicious and big servings. They have a buffet with pasta, Caesar, and house salads, salmon poke, vegetables with dips, peel and eat shrimp. The dessert side of the buffet had bread pudding, creme brulee, cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip and sugar cookies. They also have bottomless mimosas for $17. $32 per person gets you the buffet and an entree. When you go, go hungry! We will definitely be going back. Love this place.“
