“This was an important dinner, my son who is 26, had surgery(had his tonsils removed) a couple days ago, and The recovery is described as one of the worst, and it feels like shards of glass in your throat.he has to eat soft food and he had Choices all over the Kansas City metro area. He chose Joe’s, Joe’s mac & cheese to be exact! We live on the Missouri side (Gladstone). So I decided to stop by this evening, and not only get a quart of mac & cheese for him, I grabbed dinner for myself (z-man w/ fries, ribs w/ red beans and rice, Mac and cheese) which I was reluctant to do, due to me having to drive 35 minutes home and I was worried that it was going to be Soggy and cold, Well, much to my surprise, the food was packed perfectly, my food was still hot, and my fries were still crispy! Thank you Joe’s in Leawood you did amazing! I will probably be back in the next couple of days to purchase more Joes mac & cheese! BTW this son of mine recommends Joes to everyone!! “I think I saw an ad for Yafa Cafe on Facebook. We are always searching for good Mediterranean food, it's hard to find in Kansas City. Seeing Kibbeh on the menu automatically moved them to the top on the list. We really enjoyed our meals and appetizers! The kibbeh was good, the spanakopia was good. All of our meals were good. I really enjoyed the creamy chicken plate. The chicken shawarma was good. Everyone liked the kabobs (chicken and beef). We will definitely be back! The owner and employees were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!“

You have to try the crab wontons—they’re a must! We just had the Tokyo crispy chicken, and it was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Honestly, I haven’t had a single thing here that I didn’t love. Chris, the owner, always greets us with a warm smile, and he and his staff make you feel truly welcome every time. Such a delicate spice perfectly balanced with flavor that I didn't even notice the heat until my nose was running. I can't wait to return and try more of the menu! No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.“
