“I have eaten at longboards for a long time, just not this location. I have known about it from the Jiujitsu community as I believe the owner is into it. It's from day one been great. I love the Thai peanut chicken wrap but have had the OG, and it's never been bad. The atmosphere is awesome and really puts in island life time. Stop in and get you one. You won't be disappointed.
Parking: There is a lot of parking but at lunch it fills up fast.

“Stopped in today because I had never tried but love good Thai food. Will Wise & his co worker were attentive, very friendly & when I asked Will a question he had an excellent response. I chose the Thail basil rice with pork. It was outstanding & the little Rangoon & dipping oil (plum) was exquisite. Thank you!“

“Being new to Mission, I've tried 4 dishes there now and am very satisfied. The service is very fast, the prices are accurate to the website and take out menu, the food is very hot and delicious and the servings are generous. Pricing is a bit lower than other Chinese takeout places, too.The steamed dumplings are great, General Tsos is not too sweet or overly sauced, the garlic sauce is perfection, and the Singapore chow Mei fun was soo good. I definitely recommend.I didn't care for the chicken fried rice (bland and plain) or the crab rangoon ( had a very sour taste, like spoiled milk and no sweetness).“

“I like Mediterranean food. Four of us decided to try the place and we were overall pleased. The place was clean and tidy, the atmosphere is quaint, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious; a gyro plate, pie (like a pizza on a pita?), soup, salad and shawarma were ordered. The lamb was slightly overcooked - though edible and still tasty.“

“Just kind of stumbled upon Cafe gratitude this morning. We aren’t from KC and decided to walk a bit before we headed home, we had no idea it was a vegan restaurant. We decided to try it out and were delightfully surprised. The flavors were delicious. The protein substitutes were done perfectly. We all tried some thing we wouldn’t typically order and we left very satisfied. Our server was great, she did a wonderful job of explaining things to us and really made it a great experience. The ambience is something I wish I would’ve thought of myself. I loved everything about Café gratitude. Thanks for a wonderful experience.“

“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.“

“Many years ago, my wife and I had a membership to this place, and it was always good times. We stopped because we became parents and live a little ways away. We came in today, with our 2.5 y/o tot, and it's still so good. They hooked my daughter up with a Capri Sun and popcorn, so super kid friendly!
My wife loves sours, and when on tap, the Trampled Rose was her fave, Today she really enjoyed the Unsolicited Dill Pics. I generally enjoy IPA's, but today I broke away from Tesselation, and tried Liquid Grit (which tasted like Fall in a glass) and the Drewid Rituals (Red Ale).
Do yourself a solid and just come here if you like brewskies. A staple in the Crossroads for sure!“

“I think I saw an ad for Yafa Cafe on Facebook. We are always searching for good Mediterranean food, it's hard to find in Kansas City. Seeing Kibbeh on the menu automatically moved them to the top on the list. We really enjoyed our meals and appetizers! The kibbeh was good, the spanakopia was good. All of our meals were good. I really enjoyed the creamy chicken plate. The chicken shawarma was good. Everyone liked the kabobs (chicken and beef). We will definitely be back! The owner and employees were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!“

“Cafe Provence is without doubt one of my absolute favorite restaurants in town. I've been visiting it regularly for years and it never disappoints. “My wife and I went for our anniversary. Our server was very kind and really helped make our evening special. They answered any questions we had about the menu and made some really wonderful and insightful suggestions. I had the Rittenschnitzel, which was a thin cut beef dish, and it was spectacular. The sauerkraut, my goodness, was easily the best I've ever had. My mouth is watering thinking about it. Grünauer is a must-go for those who love German, and similar, cuisine. The prices are a little higher than you might think, but overall it was worth every penny. I'm definitely going back. Next week. Try the Schnitzel.“

“If you haven’t tried Nautical Bowls yet you need to! Even if you think you won’t like it because I promise you will fall in love so just go try it! All the bases are so good! My personal favorites are the Blue Majik and pitaya. Also the cacao and pitaya are a great combination! Almost tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. I value eating healthy and Nautical Bowls is healthy option to hit that sweet craving for me. Ice cream is one of my favorite desserts and when I say I have started craving a nautical bowl more than ice cream I’m not kidding! But Nautical Bowls isn't just a treat it's a healthy MEAL option! So go get one for breakfast, lunch or dinner or if you just want a treat!“

“Awful!!! The chicken was grease soaked & pink, the noodles were overcooked, the Alfredo sauce had so much grease and oil sitting on top. I took a few bites & hours later threw up! The "manager" was supposed to call me for a refund and that never happened. I will never be back or ever recommend. Horrible customer service - thanks for the hour wait for the meal delivery as well as food that was not edible. Also the no call back "to make it right"“

“Probably the best Indian food I’ve had.. and the service to match. So incredibly friendly and kind and helpful, we got to sample a few other dishes that we didn’t order. My husband is a pretty decent chef at a well known KC restaurant and was BLOWN AWAY by both the service and the food. 11/10. Will be back, over and over.“

“Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.“

“Ordered out and the food was very very good. The kitchen didn't get my wife's burger right, they added onions, but the management made it right. Other than that the food was exceptional. I had the smokestack burger and it was very delicious. Make sure you save room for bread pudding too!“

“Used to live across the street years ago. Watched the city bus driver regularly jump out of the driver's seat at the corner stop, run in and grab his to-go breakfast in the mornings. If I didn't already know they had the best breakfast around, I suppose that would have been a good clue. Lovely family too. Don't miss the chile verde pork, and say hi to Augustin for me.“
