The bauernschmaus was smoked perfectly. Hungarian gulasch is a crowd pleaser. It was fork tender and paired perfectly with Spätzle. The attention and service but the wait staff was impeccable. The restaurant was Saturday night busy but the staff met the challenge with ease.“

The menudo and pozole is best ive ever had and the chili rolo and verde are both outstanding, tastes exactly like homemade because they are.
