“I think I saw an ad for Yafa Cafe on Facebook. We are always searching for good Mediterranean food, it's hard to find in Kansas City. Seeing Kibbeh on the menu automatically moved them to the top on the list. We really enjoyed our meals and appetizers! The kibbeh was good, the spanakopia was good. All of our meals were good. I really enjoyed the creamy chicken plate. The chicken shawarma was good. Everyone liked the kabobs (chicken and beef). We will definitely be back! The owner and employees were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!“

“The BEST Asian restaurant in the Northland! The food is absolutely amazing—every dish we’ve tried has been outstanding. The sushi is fresh and delicious, and the attention to detail is top-notch. You have to try the crab wontons—they’re a must! We just had the Tokyo crispy chicken, and it was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Honestly, I haven’t had a single thing here that I didn’t love. Chris, the owner, always greets us with a warm smile, and he and his staff make you feel truly welcome every time. Exceptional food, outstanding service, and such a friendly atmosphere—Saki is hands down our favorite spot!“

I was unfortunately recently stuffed with lunch so that I couldn't order anything, but saw lots of varieties and sizes being offered. I'm a picky eater and love picking exactly what I want. As someone who features unique experiences professionally, I love the grill experience (even has a gong!). We had the crab dip: (it was a special for the night) it was amazing filled with real crab and creamy cheese, ribeye with smashed potatoes: it was cooked perfectly with a unique flavor from the marinade, it did have a little more fat than I like but it was still very good, smashed potatoes were fresh made Yukons, yum!
My son had the burger and fries, he gave it a 8/10 with an extra side of the Mac and cheese, 100% recommend this, so creamy with a very unique flavor! Carrot Cake with warm homemade frosting is a must, key lime pie with fresh whipped cream yes please! Martinis and margaritas were go also! Will for sure go back when I’m back in town. The service was very good, the building is old and very dark but don’t let that discourage you from trying it.“

“Myself and my small party of two more people stop by at around 10pm on 6/1/26. We went inside and put in our order, hoping to dine-in as well. Our fault for not realizing they close their lobby at 10pm. Upon being notified of this, the young lady Payton, behind the counter was very professional, sweet and understanding when I asked if we could have our meal inside. Which we did.
