“Nautical Bowls is absolutely amazing!!! The flavors are all delicious and they are all healthy for you! It’s like eating a dessert for a meal but it’s not a dessert! The staff is amazing and are very knowledgeable. If you’ve never had an açaí bowl, they can walk you through the flavors and pick a bowl that is for you! I recommend the Sunrise bowl and the Big Island Bowl! Sooooo good!!”

“Passing through KC on a multi-state road trip, looked up best BBQ spots and Q39 was on multiple lists. Lunch did not disappoint. Wife and I had the Judges platers. Chicken, pork, and sausage for her. Brisket, ribs, and sausage for me. All of the meats were amazing.Our server, Maddie M., was very friendly and helpful in choosing options. Normally we enjoy having a slower paced meal but since we're traveling it was nice that we were in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!”
“My husband and I stopped in late last night and had the best Mediterranean food we've had in the KC area. The only thing to make it better was the people working. we had a chance to meet the owner and his mother and everyone was so welcoming and charming. “I come to work in Overland Park a lot lately and I never knew about Pad Thai Restaurant until accidentally driving past it. So glad I tried it because I love Thai food and they did not disappoint. We had the Pad See Eaw, Yellow Curry Fried Rice with Shrimp, the Chicken Wings and Crab Rangoon. All of it was excellent and the service was great. Staff came around often to check on us and refill drinks/water. I will definitely be back soon.”

I personally gravitate to their vegetable fried rice but I also enjoy many of their other menu items. “The place was packed and we had to wait a minute for clean tables. The MANAGER came out to clean tables and sweep the floor under both tables. We were quickly waited on by a friendly and efficient waitress. There were 6 women working this shift and all were in top form. Even the 2 cooks were women and that was a new thing to see at WH. The food arrived cooked perfectly and exactly as ordered. Everything was tasty and enjoyable. This is one of the best WH in the area with one of the best teams I've seen working. Great teamwork ladies! You all did a remarkable job handling a full house like pros. You are all hard workers and should be commended AND rewarded accordingly. I'll be back to your WH, for sure.”

I’m sure they were exhausted once their shift was over! I hope the owner sees this, because those two definitely deserve a raise!”

“Best Chinese food I’ve had in KC hands down. I went into China Chef because of their great reviews. No line, no wait, but it was obvious their take-out business is booming. I had many questions, general things like what veggies come in certain dishes and can they make non-spicy dishes spicy? The extremely patient and kind young man helping me was very knowledgeable, I’m assuming family-love that! I settled on beef&broccoli (spicy), kung pow chicken, beef fried rice, crab rangoon and vegetable spring rolls. Enough food for a 5 person family but going home to just my husband and myself!! It took maybe 10 minutes and I was on my way.Once home we had ourselves a lovely feast! The beef and broccoli and kung pow chicken comes with steamed rice which is a must for me. Husband absolutely fell in love with the fried rice. Both appetizers were awesome after I threw them in the air fryer for a little warmup. We ate Chinese food for THREE days. First of all, it was that good! Secondly, there was that much of it! We’ve had China Chef three or four times now and every time it’s awesome. I’ve settled on spicy beef and broccoli and husbands go to is beef fried rice. However, in my humble opinion, you can’t go wrong with anything there. Delicious food and friendly service!”

“We're forever driving past SmokeTown BBQ, commenting that we needed try to it someday. Yesterday was the day! The inside is perfect BBQ decor, wood paneling, tvs, neons, and of course a Kelce Swift cutout that looks like a cute picture opportunity. You order at the counter, and they bring it out. Everyone we encountered was so nice, and the food came out quickly. My first time order is always a brisket/beef sandwich and either onion rings or beans. Although I've heard amazing things about the mac and cheese, we didn't try it. The bun was soft and fluffy, the beef sliced thin (the way I prefer it), and the medium sandwich was the perfect size for me to demolish after skipping lunch. The onion rings were perfectly crispy, and delicious, but I can't confirm if they're made in house, for those who quest for the perfect onion ring. There were regular, sweet, and spicy sauce options, we didn't try the sweet, but liked the regular and the spicy. There must be some weird thing about it having to be THE birthday day or it doesn't count because we overheard a dad negotiating with another waitress "it's his birthday, I have pictures of the party if you'd like to see them!" but the waitress believed him in hushed tones and brought a desert with a candle in it. Strange. The day was nice and the weirdness was worthy of entertaining conversation so it wasn't a lost opportunity for a good birthday celebration, but we'll probably stick with Bravo! when we're craving Italian next time.”

I got the lemon pepper rub, bone in, breaded wings. Super crunchy. And very delicious. Got a few extra sauces on the side just to try them out. My service was great. My waitress was Sierra. She was super professional and kind. She got my food out to me quickly, piping, hot and crispy! I’ll definitely be back. There aren’t too many places that offer breaded wings anymore. Which is sad. “I come to work in Overland Park a lot lately and I never knew about Pad Thai Restaurant until accidentally driving past it. So glad I tried it because I love Thai food and they did not disappoint. We had the Pad See Eaw, Yellow Curry Fried Rice with Shrimp, the Chicken Wings and Crab Rangoon. All of it was excellent and the service was great. Staff came around often to check on us and refill drinks/water. I will definitely be back soon.”

“I travel to India quite a bit for work, and Rajadhani is the most authentic Indian cuisine I've found in the KC Metro area. I highly recommend this restaurant. 5/5!”
“We met some friends there who had been there previously and recommended it. The food was pretty good, but because the walls are ceramic tile and the floor is concrete the place is very noisy. There were some children in there that were pretty loud and their voices echoed. So we didn't like that, but the food was good and we enjoyed that along with seeing friends that we hadn't seen in a while. My wife had three different tacos, one of which was the avocado and it was really good. I had the surf and turf burrito with rice and it was one of the better ones I've had in Kansas City. Not sure we'll be back just because the noise. The outside ordering window is unique and if it would've been a little warmer, we would've sat outside and it would've been just fine. I will say that the staff was VERY friendly and VERY helpful.”
“We went on a Saturday night and were happy to have live good music and a mixed age crowd. There were not alot is staff for a packed crowd but wow they were killing it and service was super quick from the bartender to the server. Super fun vibe.”
“I started the morning at this McLain's Market location. The inside is stunning, fitted out with lots of tables and chairs, and some bar seating. When you walk in, the line to order is right in the front located near the grab-n-go drinks and food. Ordering is easy and the staff are all incredibly friendly. If you order coffee, it'll be made over at the coffee bar. I ordered my typical iced vanilla latte and classic croissant. I'll definitely be back!”

“Party of nine girls brunch. Beware: Denver biscuit company serves big biscuits. Excellent 70s weather & sunny! FUEL French toast biscuit with compote & whip. Extremely delicious & filling. ATMOSPHERE industrial setup. Fast casual furniture. Spacious for mobility. (There's also outdoor patio.) SERVICE Dana was very fit full of charm. He kept track of orders & anticipated refills. He also took our group photo. Great vibes all around. I'd recommend for girls brunch, first date especially, long term relationships, family, & other medium groups.”
“Passing through KC on a multi-state road trip, looked up best BBQ spots and Q39 was on multiple lists. Lunch did not disappoint. Wife and I had the Judges platers. Chicken, pork, and sausage for her. Brisket, ribs, and sausage for me. All of the meats were amazing.Our server, Maddie M., was very friendly and helpful in choosing options. Normally we enjoy having a slower paced meal but since we're traveling it was nice that we were in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!”
