Chick-fil-A in Overland Park

“Honestly felt like dining in a nice restaurant. Service was amazing. We were checked up on, and we were even given 2 cookies because our “food came out later than it was supposed to”, when we didn’t even notice it took longer. We expected it was an appropriate time for how much we ordered. Anyway, amazing service. They made such a good impression that my wife and I were so inclined to leave a review!“

“It's extremely extremely busy not going to lie. And loud. I've eaten here twice through the drive thru on lunch break from my place of work. First time, it was incredibly busy and they forgot my honey mustard. I had already spent so much time that I couldn't go back to get it. The second time, they made me wait even longer for my food in a parking spot although this time I got everything I asked for. But you know what? The second time around, I was given a voucher for a free sandwich and a drink. Fellas, it should be understood that this location is swamped with customers so if you're in a pinch this is not the place to go. However, if you've got a wide window of opportunity than definitely go here because this place has good management and they make your business worth your time. Who knows how long it may take but if you eat here you get free stuff because they love their customers and they are rolling through the dough. It's a riot.“

“I come to Chick-fil-A every so often more than McDonald's now but this is my first ever review for Chick-fil-A and this particular location has sealed the deal the atmosphere,the food, the employees working here seem to enjoy each other's presence and to be in such a work place where everyone can get along and be at peace with each other is a blessing my experience was amazing will definitely come back.“

“Just had the best experience here!
My husband is a disabled veteran I’m pregnant with our second child and was just trying to find some peace out and about with my 2 year old. They gave me no trouble when I asked for adjustments to my daughter’s fruit cup and they took care of my part of the meal. Really just made my day better. Love that Cfa has such a welcoming atmosphere will definitely be returning to this location.“
