“My cousins and I came to Kansas City to visit our aunt and cousins. We decided it was going to be a mini BBQ trip, so we ate at different BBQ restaurants each day. Jack Stacks was phenomenal as each appetizer, meat and side were some of the best we've ever had. We shared everything... onion rings, fried mushrooms, mac & cheese, pork burnt ends, beef burnt ends, sausage, baby back ribs, lamb ribs, brisket, cheesy corn bake, cole slaw, and hickory pit beans. Each dish built upon the prior one for an exceptional dining experience. Ameed took care of us an did a spectacular job. I highly recommend Jack Stacks as it never dissapoints.“

“I’ve had the 4 meal a week plan for a year… and I can’t recommend it enough! I truly look forward to eating them, and feel great after. I love the rotating menu and ability to skip weeks when I need to. The protein is incredible, veggies so fresh, and everything is so well balanced and tasty. Kitch makes it easy to get nutrients and vitamins without compromise and as a Celiac with a strict gluten free diet, I can’t thank Kitch enough for making food easy and enjoyable!“

“Prior to October 28, 2026, this location had lost all my business. However, after a most phenomenal encounter with one Staff Woman (her name begins with an A), I am returning. She had black, curly, above the shoulders hair and went out of her way to treat my family with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. If all Staff begin to practice with the same business interactions of this one woman, I am sure this location will see increases in customer frequency.“

“Been here the last time I was Kansas, but a different location. Love the fact I can get wheat crust and it's good.

I had order an appetizer bacon rolls and a Pizza. After I paid he was told they were out of bacon rolls and he suggested cheese rolls. I would think he would have suggested something the same price but I found out he didn't. The bacon rolls are 12.99 and the cheese rolls are 6.99 I think could be 7.99, I don't remember now, but they were cheaper. He never said anything to me not offered anything or refund of the difference.
I still like the pizzas and might just go back to my orig location.“

“I have been eating here for years and food and service is usually very good. I am never sure of their new hours since Covid. However, I was told by the front-line lady that because it was 15 minutes before closing I had to place my order to go. There were people there, still eating. Were they going to be asked to leave at closing? In the past I was never denied dine-in service.“

I ordered the chicken and fresh broccoli dinner deal with lo mein. The chicken is a little softer than I expected but overall great taste. I will definitely be back!“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! Attention management…you have something very special in this gentleman! Take note and reward this treatment of customers!!!“

“One of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been too. The staff is super attentive. Great selection of food in an upscale atmosphere. But this also comes with an upscale price. The food is good but at a premium price for what it is. We tried 3 dishes beef and vegetables, triple delight and pad Thai. The first two were 8 out of 10, hot fresh and delicious. However, truly some of the worst pad Thai I've had. The flavor was fine but the texture resembled mush. Normally you can definitively see the noodles. This was lumpy, mushy and wasn't good. Would go back for any item other than the pad Thai. Plenty of parking, relaxing environment.“
