I got the McCoy with pulled pork, GF bun and potato salad. The bun was amazing! The pulled pork delicious! I didn't care for the potato salad because it had a slight tang. Otherwise I can say this BBQ riveled ours in NC!!“

“We finally tried this place, and were pleasantly surprised. Their pizzas were delicious, and had plenty of options to work with. We appreciated that you can mix any specialty pizzas half and half regardless of the base. Our server was extraordinarily accommodating for us.

Our two daughters have a rare genetic disease called PKU which limits their ability to have both gluten and dairy, so the fact that they have figured out how to make decent gluten-free dairy-free pizza is absolutely a game changer, and we will most definitely be returning!“

“I’ve had the 4 meal a week plan for a year… and I can’t recommend it enough! I truly look forward to eating them, and feel great after. I love the rotating menu and ability to skip weeks when I need to. The protein is incredible, veggies so fresh, and everything is so well balanced and tasty. Kitch makes it easy to get nutrients and vitamins without compromise and as a Celiac with a strict gluten free diet, I can’t thank Kitch enough for making food easy and enjoyable!“

This time, we decided to buy a cake for our 3-year-old nephew, and he was absolutely delighted. His exact words were, "You did a great job bringing these cakes!" Hearing that from him was incredibly heartwarming.

“I have been eating here for years and food and service is usually very good. I am never sure of their new hours since Covid. However, I was told by the front-line lady that because it was 15 minutes before closing I had to place my order to go. There were people there, still eating. Were they going to be asked to leave at closing? In the past I was never denied dine-in service.“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! called and tried to place my order with their AI bot, randomly stopped working halfway thru multiple times.
not a problem, i can call again.

order placed and ready within fifteen minutes.
upon arrival, i tried using apple pay, but the card reader wasn’t working.
the cashier was a lil odd, asking if it was locked/if i was sure etc. (i have literally never locked my card so this wasn’t the case)
tried 3 different cards and none worked.
the manager was extremely calm and just offered me my meal for free. great customer service, i would have been really sad and hungry.
I would suggest placing an order online and paying with cash, though. Learned my lesson for next time!
I will consider this place a cash only business from now on, as it was pretty uncomfortable with the cashier kinda acting like i didn’t have the money (until the manager came out).
The manager turning it around for me will definitely be the factor in bringing me back for some actual business!“

It was packed straight from the kitchen, so be sure to let it cool down before you take a bite! Aside from that this meal was soo good it had me lazy after lol. The drink machine messed up due to technology error but Michelle fixed it and hoped right onto customer service ro get the issue taken care of so no one was without drink. “One of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been too. The staff is super attentive. Great selection of food in an upscale atmosphere. But this also comes with an upscale price. The food is good but at a premium price for what it is. We tried 3 dishes beef and vegetables, triple delight and pad Thai. The first two were 8 out of 10, hot fresh and delicious. However, truly some of the worst pad Thai I've had. The flavor was fine but the texture resembled mush. Normally you can definitively see the noodles. This was lumpy, mushy and wasn't good. Would go back for any item other than the pad Thai. Plenty of parking, relaxing environment.“
