After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! “Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“As soon as I walked in, |was greeted by an employee who was cleaning the dining room.| ordered a cheeseburger wrap, got it to my table and noticed it was different than normal- it is normally in the shape of a wrap, so it's easy to eat, now it is flat with the lettuce on the top and bottom like a bun- very hard to eat. I taked to the manager who was extremely nice, said that someone had changed it but he would be happy to fix it exactly how I liked it! Nonderful service, food tasted great place was spotless, an d every employee Smiled and said thank you! Love the atmosphere and people there!“

I asked for my money back.. Manager called we a Buger butt... and complained I was getting free food.. Really? I left the food there and went to Shawnee Arby's, he made it right. “Awesome place! Five guys never fails to deliver hot, fresh food. I got the bacon cheeseburger. It was hot and the bacon was crispy. I also had the strawberry shake, and there were real strawberry chunks inside, unlike many other fast food brands. Amazing experience!“

“my daughter and went to Taco Via tonight to eat drove from Leavenworth down there. it's 70 miles round trip for us. and got there at 836 and the doors were locked I couldn't even go in and order some food to go. this is so tragic I will never darken the doors of Taco via again. sad part is I usually get four cups of water because I like their cups to drink out of at home. so I pay a fortune for the water. and usually the bill ends up being 46 to $50. and I also leave the person that Waits on me at the register but $20 tip.“

“Their drive thru lines seem to go extremely slow. They go through the inside lane of about 5 cars per 1 car in the outside lane. This sucks 30 minutes in line and 4 cars that came after me already have ordered.“

“I have been together other Aonic locationa in various states ans rhus one is the best. The individual who took my order was thorough, honest, and friendly. I had an extensive, complicated order and he came to my vehicle and walked through the screen to ensure accuracy. I found this extra step to be heart-warming and appreciated the quality of service. Add the great of the food and it being served hot (which made it home hot), I am really pleased with this location. Some of my family was not aware of the availability of breakfast items. They complimented the food. We all agreed we would return to this location.“

“I hardly leave reviews for fast food restaurants because they’ve gotten to be so overpriced, and the quality of the food, even at chains such as Taco Bell is unpredictable. On a whim I decided to grab a late lunch, and was amazed at how fresh and perfect the Cantina Chicken taco was. I’m glad I ate one in the parking lot before leaving, because the other one was soggy by the time I got home. It’s probably the best fast food item I’ve had in years.

“I made a late night run because I was hungry after returning to the hotel. This was probably one of the best Taco Bell's that I've gone to!

They were very quick through the drive thru and even after having to drive about 5 miles back to my hotel, the food was still hot and the quality of how they put it together was excellent.

I am unable to rate the environment because I only visited the drive thru but their restaurants are pretty standard.

If I was in the area or at least visiting again, this would likely be my Taco Bell of choice.

Also should mention that I didn't get sick either when their company has been linked to the cyclospora outbreak!“

“Lisa the manager has been extremely accommodating. We had an issue with a past order by no mistake to Pizza Hut, the DoorDash driver refused to give us our paid order. There was a lot of confusion and the dasher had a language barrier but Lisa helped make sure we were taken care of as well as the dash driver. Truly incredible customer service and I can’t be more thankful. We need more people like Lisa in this customer service position, with understanding and kindness!“

“The delivery driver was so so sweet! He even called to see what soda we wanted since they were out of our first choice. Pizza and breadsticks arrived very quickly. Everything tasted AMAZING! thinking the food will be fresh and hot. My chow main was borderline warm the orange chichen and sweet fire chicken were warm at best. the ratio of orange chicken to sweet fire chicken is obviously lopsided. both chicken dishes were too crunchy. 2 pieces of sweet fire chicken were all beeading with no chicken. my fork could not pierce a few pieces . very disappointing and out of the ordinary for this location. I hope my next visit gets back to what this location is capable of.“

“Food was actually really good and I got very full off of the $7 deluxe meal deal. Excellent amount for the price I paid. The wait was slightly longer than most other Taco Bells but still pretty fast so I can't complain much. Only real problem was the old lady in the corner on her phone the entire time I was there. Very unprofessional and blocking the condiments/napkins. She was told twice to get to the kitchen by one of the managers and eventually did about a minute before I left the store. Everyone else was nice however and the teens in the kitchen were doing great with the lunch rush!“
