After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! “Always love Chick-fil-A. However, tried mobile order drive thru. Drive thru line was quite busy as usual. Mobile line was great scan the code and pulled up to be
5th in line bypassing at least 10 drive thru cars. However, I'm pretty sure more than that got their food, and even people behind me in mobile line got food first. No special order just couple sandwich meals. So not nearly as fast as would first seem when pulling up.“

“I always get the Cheeseburger all-the-way, and a "small" fry and soda. Very simple order, but extremely good! Some people complain that the Five Guys burger patty is not seasoned, which makes it bland. Normally I would agree, but it's obvious they have a much higher quality of beef than bottom-of-the-barrel McDonald's! And that's also why I always order it all-the-way. With all the fixings on it, the flavor is complex and adds a perfect amount of seasonings. And if you've been to Five Guys before, you probably know a "small" fry is anything but small! They give you more excellently seasoned fries than any other chain's Super Large fries! And they are always friendly and do whatever it takes to make you happy!
Bottom line: If all you want is a beef patty, slice of cheese and some kind of condiment, then yeah. It probably isn't that much better than Freddy's Steakburger, but try eating grilled onions and mushrooms and all the rest on your burger and it makes it freakin' awesome!“

“As soon as I walked in, |was greeted by an employee who was cleaning the dining room.| ordered a cheeseburger wrap, got it to my table and noticed it was different than normal- it is normally in the shape of a wrap, so it's easy to eat, now it is flat with the lettuce on the top and bottom like a bun- very hard to eat. I taked to the manager who was extremely nice, said that someone had changed it but he would be happy to fix it exactly how I liked it! “I recommend Arby,s just not at Santa Fe, Overland Park. I always order potato cakes. This location its like eating cardboard - hard and extra crispy. This time I ask if they were fresh I was told yes... one bite told me they weren't. A minute later they give me another order.. I didn't believe they were fresh... It was too quick. I asked for my money back.. Manager called we a Buger butt... and complained I was getting free food.. Really? I left the food there and went to Shawnee Arby's, he made it right. The other Arby's is closer to my house but not worth the hassle...“

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“First time at this location. Our nearby restaurant closed and we had been craving Wendy’s. We were so glad we stopped in mid-afternoon on Sunday 10/27. Service was friendly and lighting fast. Food was HOT and fresh. I think Wendy’s has the best spicy chicken sandwich and it sure hit the spot. Also picked up some Halloween coupon books for gifts, which are a great deal. Person I believe was the manager thanked us and the other workers seemed pleasant as well. We will be back.“

“my daughter and went to Taco Via tonight to eat drove from Leavenworth down there. it's 70 miles round trip for us. and got there at 836 and the doors were locked I couldn't even go in and order some food to go. this is so tragic I will never darken the doors of Taco via again. sad part is I usually get four cups of water because I like their cups to drink out of at home. so I pay a fortune for the water. and usually the bill ends up being 46 to $50. and I also leave the person that Waits on me at the register but $20 tip.“

“I hardly leave reviews for fast food restaurants because they’ve gotten to be so overpriced, and the quality of the food, even at chains such as Taco Bell is unpredictable. On a whim I decided to grab a late lunch, and was amazed at how fresh and perfect the Cantina Chicken taco was. I’m glad I ate one in the parking lot before leaving, because the other one was soggy by the time I got home. It’s probably the best fast food item I’ve had in years.

“This was my first visit to this particular McDonalds and it is the fastest, most efficient fast-food drive through I have ever been to (except maybe Hot 'n Now, but I don't think any of them exist anymore). So much so that instead of taking my food home, I decided to sit in the parking lot and watch. Every time someone would be finished paying at the 1st window, there would already be a bag at the 2nd window, ready to be handed to them. For an industry called 'fast-food' this is definitely the exception. Too many of us are tired of spending our whole lunch break in a fast-food line waiting to get our food, only to hastily eat and drive, with barely enough time to clock back in at work.I normally wouldn't have had the opportunity to rate the inside atmosphere as I ordered in the drive through, but I accidentally bumped into an employee's car in the lot. When I went inside, most of the tables were full, but there wasn't any trash laying around. The whole place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Even the one whose car I hit was really cool and friendly about it.If this McDonalds was closer to home, I'd definitely eat there more often.“

“This was honestly the most bougie fast food restaurant I've ever been in in my life. They literally have three separate levels (stories) where you can choose to sit.
