Picked up a number waiting to get the meal delivered to my table only to learn that, due to staff shortage, they yelled my number and I had to go there and pick it up. No napkins available either at the fountain drink station. And the catchup dispenser was clogged up. This place needs some love sooner than later!!!!
I am sorry, not only do I dislike the automated service, but the staff is hard to understand and there is never a “please…thank you” etc statements makes you fell unwelcome, which is fine, but the problem, I have was disgusting. It was 7:20 pm and I am at the pick up window…. I am watching the girl, wipe her nose on the back of her hand, then making drinks. Then she wipes her nose again, grabs my bag and hands it to me.
