Today is another missed opportunity. It's frustrating, because once again, the order was wrong, we had to go back, and this happens about 60% of the time at this McDonald's. For us, it's the one close to home. McD's isn't as cheap as it used to be, and that means our expectations are greater than for something cheap. I tried calling to explain but the phone just rang and rang. I don't event like venting online, but hopefully someone without McDs management can help this location, it's below average consistently. Food was cold, fries underfilled, and we still were missing things when we went back. For a Friday night hope for a fun family dinner, we instead all tried to figure out what was missing, and the kids kept chiming in "that one never gets it right." Sadly, the AI voice is easier to communicate with that the staff...but the AI can't pack the order or help w fulfillment.

Best McDonald’s we’ve ever been to, and it’s even better that it’s close to home. Service is friendly and fast and food quality is good. One of the cleanest McDonald’s you’ll see. We always use the app since it’s so much cheaper. Hard to beat for the money.

Bro I’m so over this McDonald’s and every other McDonald’s within 10 mins of this one I literally just went up an ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and some other sandwiches which came out in less than 5 mins I get home and go to eat my sandwich and the entire middle of my sandwich was still pink I understand if you hate your job but quit don’t be giving customers raw food your gonna get someone sick and catch a lawsuit

Picked up a number waiting to get the meal delivered to my table only to learn that, due to staff shortage, they yelled my number and I had to go there and pick it up. No napkins available either at the fountain drink station. And the catchup dispenser was clogged up. This place needs some love sooner than later!!!!

I am sorry, not only do I dislike the automated service, but the staff is hard to understand and there is never a “please…thank you” etc statements makes you fell unwelcome, which is fine, but the problem, I have was disgusting. It was 7:20 pm and I am at the pick up window…. I am watching the girl, wipe her nose on the back of her hand, then making drinks. Then she wipes her nose again, grabs my bag and hands it to me. I just tossed it and went to Wendy’s…..figured what was the point of complaining…..I will just share my experience and never go back.
