“Not only is this the best espresso in KC, thus is the best espresso I've ever had, full stop. I spent 2 years in the PNW, 5 years in California and 2 years in DC. Parisi blows every espresso I've tried out of the water. We now live in Texas and have it shipped to us every 2 weeks. It is the benchmark I use when trying a new coffee shop. If there's a better espresso out there, I haven't tried it.

Today I went to 7:30 and they didn't want to attend to me anymore because they were already cleaning and are supposed to close at 9:30 that's very weird and unpleasant. They better change their opening hours and you know what time it's already closed.“

“I misread the menu item “seasonal SIGNATURE LATTE” and asked for a turtle latte. In my defense, “-TURE LATTE” looked like turtle and I was tired. They still made a turtle latte, but the signature part was a nice touch. This beautiful foamy artwork was hidden under the coffee lid. Definitely coming back. 😂 Good coffee too.“

“This morning (10/10/21) around 8:45am there was a single employee working. She was taking all the orders and making them all herself. There was a line in the drive through in addition to the people inside. She was handling it like a champ and was still so friendly. We obviously gave her a tip because she deserved it, I just wish we could do more because she was an absolute legend. I hope management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. I just can't talk her up enough for handling what I would call an unbearably stressful situation.“

“From coast to coast, these guys are great. I always find a Starbucks when traveling if I can’t find a local drive through coffee shop to try. Only problem out in the Styx like this is that the line is very long... it’s the one spot of civilized society for 100 miles, so this makes sense.“

“Had the best interaction with the employees! I love their peach wave sparkling soda. Found out you can add cold foam to it with any flavor that is in the drink. I had the barista flabbergasted me with the coconut cold foam and absolutely loved it!“

“7 Brew employees have positive energy, the service is fairly quick and they’ll often try to engage with you if you’re waiting. The drinks are delish but can be very sugary/rich, but you can customize or get lighter options. They often have good deals and in general seem cheaper than similar places. Lots of flavor options and they have more than just coffee!“

“I just went there the other day for the first time with some colleagues from work. I actually drive in once a week from Chicago for work and see it when I get off of the expressway every time. I am so impressed by this place! Keep in mind that if you're not used to bagels, the New York style bagels are very big and fluffy and they put a ton of cream cheese on it. So if you're not used to a lot of cream cheese, please tell them ahead of time or else you will have a mouthful of cream cheese and you may not like it. Personally, I absolutely loved it! I haven't had bagels like this since being in New York. They are made on site fresh every single day. The service was friendly and fast, and the coffee is out of this world! I will definitely make a point of visiting this place and bringing some of their delicious bagels back home with me to Chicago on a weekly basis. Five stars! Oh, by the way, I love your decor and your cozy tables and chairs. :-)“
