“I try to explore local eateries and coffee shops whenever I’m on work trips, and I have to hand it to Fitti’s. The atmosphere is so homey and cozy, the coffee was amazing and I also tried one of their brownies - everything was fantastic. The day I visited was kind of rainy, so the vintage lights glowing and the soft music playing was reminiscent of when I watch those “coffee shop jazz” videos on YouTube. I’m excited to return!“

“I stumbled upon this little shop after begging the GPS to find the closest coffee shop on my way to work. Being greeted by a calm, sweet, warm eyed pup and great coffee was just what I needed. I will definitely be making this a regular stop. The coffee is great (I had an iced mud pit) and the biscuits and gravy were the perfect comfy breakfast! Highly recommend checking this place out!“

“I stopped into Waterbird Coffee in downtown KC and ordered a brown sugar cinnamon latte, and it was absolutely delicious, especially on a cold day. The balance of sweetness and warm spice was spot on, and the espresso flavor still came through nicely in every sip. The cafe itself has a warm, inviting vibe that makes it an ideal spot to thaw out and relax for a bit. 5/5 and highly recommend making a stop here for a comforting cup of coffee—get the brown sugar cinnamon latte if you need something cozy and satisfying.“

absolutely love this place!! i was a first timer today and genuinely cannot wait to be back. i got sick of my school's library and was on the hunt for cafes with long hours. the thing is, the other cafes with long hours are lowkey cramped and crowded and idk i'm someone that needs to be able to move around a lot and have flexibility in seating. well this cafe DELIVEREEEDDDDDD so much different seating, such a wide space, and amazing drinks!! honestly really wanna gatekeep this place but i loved it too much to not spread the word and give it more business. also loved the decor and i am so excited to go to some of the community events that are being held at blip and learn more about the history of the west bottoms!

The coffee was terrific. The place had a funky yet welcoming vibe. Today 12/15/23, I invited my coffee ☕️ group to meet there & they were equally impressed. We’ll be back.“

“The Cafe was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The vibe was great! I ordered a matcha and pork tamale. The drink was good, but I was disappointed in the food. I wouldn’t even call it a Tamale. It was paper thin, hardly any meat and the ends were extremely hard. I would imagine from heating it up in the microwave. I ordered the tamale per the reviews and recommendation of an employee, but I was not impressed.“

“I met a friend for coffee here yesterday. What a great experience. We each had 2 drinks and stayed to visit for 2.5 hours! We each had a latte and a tea. Both were great! We felt welcome and I even joked around with Charlie. I was being my usual weird self and he was very entertained. We will definately return often.“

“Coffee is something I’m so particular I make it myself, but being on vacation, that’s not a luxury I have so for the singular time I tried Chingu, it seems that they are a viable go to. I got a seasonal flavored latte and man, it’s my definition of perfect; great coffee to flavoring ratio, and neither notes overpowered one another. My partner also got a seasonal choice of chamomile matcha with apricot cold foam and I’m versed enough with matcha to know that that was perfect as well, the tea was present, which complimented the earthy and fruity notes. Hence how I drew my conclusion that they are fantastic, as the restaurant literally alongside them which I’ll also be reviewing. Didn’t get food so I cannot speak much upon their options, though I will note I saw a couple that had been seated for a long time before me and my partner, got their food after ordering our drinks so one would assume they make their own food options in house.“

“My wife and I visited and took a tour of the factory. We did the pre-tour flights of coffee, the tour, and the post-tour demonstration. Honestly, the pre-tour flights wasn't much and looking back I probably wouldn't do that again. But it's not like we paid a whole bunch, so I'm not super disappointed or anything. The tour was good. A little long, but good. We learned a lot on the tour. The post-tour demonstration was great! I loved getting some input on how to make my coffee a bit better. Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. Pricing was excellent!“

“Today was my husband and I’s first time trying Dutch Bros. We went to the Dutch Bros on Antioch Rd in Kansas City. We were greeted by good music and a friendly gentleman named Aaron. He was polite and patient with us as we decided which drink would be best to try first. He gave us the wonderful recommendation of trying the Blended Fruit Punch with the sour candy straw and it did not disappoint. It was tasty, exciting and our new favorite beverage on the market! I have never spent hours thinking about how good my last meal was until eating at Patsy’s! I have not had anything that was less than perfect from them. Today I ordered a pretty expensive drink online and when I went to pick it up at the Broadway location, the doors were locked and a sign said it was closed because of air conditioning.
