“I’ve been here a few times and the food is always delicious. I took my mom here a few weeks ago for her first time, it was a Thursday at lunch and still no open tables. We went behind the curtain and sat down as some tables didn’t have chairs on top and seemed open seating. It was cool back there and we were glad to have seating. The lady with the colored hair and piercing got my drink wrong so I had to go back up and tell her so. She gave me a side eye like I ordered the wrong thing when I know I did not. Then told me the area behind the curtain is off limits, and I should have known that because of the chairs on the tables. Very passive aggressively, the white lady behind the counter repeated it. It’s one thing to politely say the area is closed, it’s another to imply we’re dumb for eating there. What’s dumb is we had to eat outside on a hot day despite them having plenty of seating. My mom is a humble woman, so she didn’t mind, but this wasn’t the kind of experience I wanted to give her. Not sure who these smart-asses are, but they could stand to be more polite and understanding, not weird to customers.“

Unfortunately to go orders , do not get top complementary mint tea, and honestly it was priced a little bit high. That said, the flavor was outstanding.

Starting with the atmosphere, which had such a cool, sleek vibe. We had the pleasure of having Monica and Terry serve our table. They gave wonderful drink recommendations, and the drinks were outstanding and beautiful. The food… I had the Crab Cakes which were some of the best I have had. My husband enjoyed a dish called Giya which was a pork shoulder with a black mushroom rice. And our friend had the shrimp tibs. All of us were floored at how delicious our food was. We have already recommended to several friends and this is definitely a place we will keep coming back to! This experience was 10/10!“
