“We have been going to Lotus Hot Pot since it opened. Anytime we crave hot pot we head that way all the way from Independence. Restaurant is always clean, service is great and food is delicious! Hannah always makes sure to come out and greet her guest and Lina gives amazing service with a smile. Love the new all you can eat menu, just the right amount of serving (not like other places) and when you need more just order more!“

“We just ate here for the first time and first of all the pizza was delicious. Maybe best pizza I’ve eaten ever. But backstory, my mom just passed away a week and a half ago and we’ve been on the struggle bus and our server was so incredibly kind to us and there was a magician they hired walking around doing tricks for tables. He was not only amazing and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing but more importantly, he brought us joy to us in a dark time and I will forever be such a fan of this restaurant. Spencer and his wife are always so kind and make sure my order is correct. I also enjoy the relaxing music when I dine in as compared to most restaurant's loud music when I'm chatting with friends. The hot mocha latte I got was great too! The place was packed and busy but they weee FAST on getting food and drinks out.“

“First I really did enjoy the food, i picked up a gyro sandwich with hummus to go. I also picked up a side of baklava.
Unfortunately to go orders , do not get top complementary mint tea, and honestly it was priced a little bit high. That said, the flavor was outstanding.
If I had more time , I think I would enjoying setting down to a meal here. Maybe next time.“

Starting with the atmosphere, which had such a cool, sleek vibe. We had the pleasure of having Monica and Terry serve our table. They gave wonderful drink recommendations, and the drinks were outstanding and beautiful. The food… I had the Crab Cakes which were some of the best I have had. My husband enjoyed a dish called Giya which was a pork shoulder with a black mushroom rice. And our friend had the shrimp tibs. All of us were floored at how delicious our food was. We have already recommended to several friends and this is definitely a place we will keep coming back to! This experience was 10/10!“

There was no parking available in their side and back parking lot. We ended up parking on the street. However they do validate your parking spot if you find a spot to park in their parking lot. I assumed the requirement had been lifted; however, I wanted to be sure I was prepared (I am vaccinated; my friend is not).
