Absolutely delicious food. I'm in love with the compote. Service is great too!
Best breakfast spot in liberty
Came in late afternoon, can not go wrong with the French toast. It is probably some of the best I have ever had.

Ginger Sue's offers a quaint and intimate setting with a small-town feel and ample seating. The friendly service, delicious food, and great coffee create a pleasant dining experience. Customers appreciate the welcoming and attentive servers who make them feel right at home. While parking can be problematic at times, the establishment is clean and well-maintained.
Customers praise the restaurant's breakfast offerings, including the iconic breakfast potatoes, the Salmon Benedict, and the breakfast burrito. Many eagerly await the seasonal pancakes, especially the pumpkin one in the fall. The French toast is also highlighted as a must-try, made with long slices of French bread for incredible texture and flavor. Additionally, the restaurant serves great sandwiches, such as the chicken sandwich with honey mustard.
Food quality is consistently great, and the restaurant offers fantastic vegetarian options. Some customers have noted issues with specific requests, like having a runny yolk instead of an over medium fried egg on the Salmon Benedict. Despite some minor oversights, the overall experience remains positive, thanks to the incredible customer service. Every employee is genuinely friendly and welcoming, making Ginger Sue's a go-to breakfast spot in Liberty.
