Betty Rae’s has really good ice cream. The only time I ate there it was a really fun place. My son and daughter-in-law had their first date there and my son went there with his groomsmen for his bachelor party. I was trying to get them gift cards for Christmas, but I don’t live in the KC area. The only thing they can offer are e-cards which are very hard to wrap as gifts. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Incompetent lazy workers. Awful experience and do not recommend.
