I had an eventful afternoon to attend to the passing of a member of my small group of my church, The Church of Resurrection, Downtown location. I then rushed to Kirk YMCA for a little exercise after a diarrhea. Little did I expect to suffer from sprain of anterior talofibular ligament of left ankle. They truly have the best ice cream!!! Today was super nice and there was a soccer game, so when the worker saw me say to my husband "dang they're out of birthday cake" he offered to make me chocolate ice cream with cake chunks. I thought this was so thoughtful and it was delicious!

First time in Kansas City and I was intrigued by the menu flavors. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went. The cashier was so helpful and friendly. I ordered the Busy Bee which was a sponge honeycomb candy flavor with a blend of honey and a 2nd layer of the Goat cheese with dried apricots and Candied Walnuts.
