First time in Kansas City and I was intrigued by the menu flavors. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went. The cashier was so helpful and friendly. I ordered the Busy Bee which was a sponge honeycomb candy flavor with a blend of honey and a 2nd layer of the Goat cheese with dried apricots and Candied Walnuts. This tasted like a charcuterie board in ice cream form! They were both so amazing and so good. Definitely come in here and try the flavors you haven't tried before. They won't disappoint!

I had an eventful afternoon to attend to the passing of a member of my small group of my church, The Church of Resurrection, Downtown location. I then rushed to Kirk YMCA for a little exercise after a diarrhea. Little did I expect to suffer from sprain of anterior talofibular ligament of left ankle. KU Medical’s Urgent Care’s Doctor Coup attended me well. ( Never exercise without any warm up, especially if you are a senior over age 70!) So tonight’s non-dairy chocolate ice cream really conformed me! Thank you to Betty Rae’s Ice Cream for such an option!!!Dietary restrictions: Certainly I should not have dairy product after my diarrhea tonight! However I really could get some comfort by treating myself some ice cream. Thus non-dairy chocolate ice cream was my best choice. :) Happy camper.

They truly have the best ice cream!!! Today was super nice and there was a soccer game, so when the worker saw me say to my husband "dang they're out of birthday cake" he offered to make me chocolate ice cream with cake chunks. I thought this was so thoughtful and it was delicious!

One of the best ice creams I ever had sorry I Didn't take a picture they have a bunch of favors and even have a sundae with brownie chunks in it the people are nice and wait time is good their service is great. And the ambiance is a nice cool causal ice cream vibe. You can eat the ice cream outside or inside they don't have dirty bathrooms and if you have a kid they can color on a a coloring page with the crayons they give you thanks for reading my review. My wife and I visited this place during our visit to Kansas City from Texas. I loved the old school boutique vibes of the shop. Never had a boozy before but we got that and a homemade cone with a single scoop. Portion sizes were good for the price and let me say I’m surprised that ice cream and alcohol go together. If we’re ever in Kansas City again we will definitely be back. Lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful with our selection.Parking: Parking is weird because if the light rail so I parked on the street.

So yummy!!! Homemade waffle cones are delicious. We had the ice in waffle cones: s'mores, chocolate cookie dough, and birthday cake. Of the 3, s'mores was my favorite then the cookie dough.

Amazing and unique flavors of ice creams to try. Service was quick for having long lines. Got a flight and all the flavors were amazing, tasted high quality. My favorite was definitely goat cheese with apricots and candied walnuts, super unique and worth the try if you're looking for something different.

It's a little pricey but it's worth it for premium ice cream. The cookies and cream flavor was delicious! Lovely little ice creamery! They have very unique flavors, I got a lavender honey milkshake and it was amazing! I also took a cinnamon/ crème brûlée pint to go! The place gets super packed, so don’t plan on making a ‘quick stop’ but other than that it’s a must-see in Kansas City!
