And everyone loves everything when reccomending what to eat. The owners are so friendly and gave us samples to try. We had the warm chicken spedinni sandwich with Alfredo sauce. Awesome!”

“We were staying overnight at The Fairfield Inn, and The Summit Grill was recommended to us for a dinner location. We were pleasantly surprised at the deliciously amazing food, quick service, and also our attentive waiter, Travis. I highly recommend the Traditional Pot Roast, and my husband recommends the Chicken-Fried Chicken. If we are in Gladstone again, we will defintely return.”

“Really awesome little sandwich shop and an fantastic value, but a little confusing service. 1st time, I was asked if I wanted soup with it. Sure! 2nd time, the guy taking my order did not seem to care one wit whether I was there or not, did not ask about soup, got my companion's order wrong and then the waitress from the first visit tried to convince me the Combo was actually a #2 and my companion enjoyed (NOT) a sandwich with Jalapenos. No harm no foul. Will return again for a 3rd rough. Food is still awesome. There is a bit of a language barrier though.”

“This is the best place you can go for Boba/Bubble Tea, and Macaroons. They have a large selection of items on their menu and I really like that you can choose the sweetness level. There is usually a 5-15 minute wait for your drink but it's because they are usually busy. Everyone loves this place!”

My biggest complaint would be their parking lot is very hard to get out of.
Also had some app issues but I know that isn't a location issue.

“OK I shop the store all the time but today Saturday, June 10 was the worst experience I’ve ever had the guy who checked me out never ever said one word to me not hi how are you how much my total was nothing put my card in did they number he walked away then he came back and look like he was mad because I didn’t tear off my own receipt and then the girl that was bagging. My stuff look like I was bothering her because she had bag my groceries and she never said a word to me told the manager and he goes who Russell or Rusty or whatever his name was didn’t say a word to you and I said no nobody said a word to me so much for a smile in every aisle he goes oh well I’m sorry I’ll talk to them really sad, sad. Sad”

“I cannot express enough how amazed I am with the customer service. Yesterday (Super Bowl Sunday—-GO CHIEFS!) I placed an online order. My pick up time was at 5 (earliest I could get because I waited too long to place the order) I arrive early hoping it would be done earlier because I had people arriving at my house and I didn’t want to miss the game. When I arrived it was packed on people waiting. I assumed I was going to be there for awhile so asked if I could order a beer. They got me a beer and a chair. As I sat there for over an hour (it went past my pick up time) I saw all of the employees working very hard trying their best to fill the orders quickly. Some of the customers were being quite rude to the girls up front as the customers were upset their food wasn’t ready. The girls did an amazing job keeping everyone calm they would simply just smile and tell them they are working on it. I was so impressed how these girls handled themselves not one time did I hear them get snippy with a customer even tho I’m sure they wanted to. It was always a smile with a polite response. I was there almost til the end and a guy started yelling at the girls and still it was a smile and polite response. I got my food and made it for the game and the food was delicious as always!”

“I’m a fan of Marcos and order the same pizza every time. What Surprises me is that depending on the day that I order is the amount of toppings that I get. For example on Fridays the ham pepperoni and old pepperoni is at a minimum. Now if I order tomorrow I will get a substancial amount of toppings. I have no idea why this happened but for 2 bucks per topping I want to see more than two old world pepperoni per slice. I love the pizza toppings and crust. I enjoy the sandwiches and the chicken wings. Please put more than two pepperonis per slice on Fridays. Thank you kindly.”

“The workers or owners are definitely the nicest they always been really really nice to me and always made it the way I like it the cookies are always awesome love the breakfast sandwiches love the boss the shop is a little bit small but it's very convenient always in and out really quick this is one of the few places I always will come back cuz they treat me like a person and the food”
