I cannot express enough how amazed I am with the customer service. Yesterday (Super Bowl Sunday—-GO CHIEFS!) I placed an online order. My pick up time was at 5 (earliest I could get because I waited too long to place the order) I arrive early hoping it would be done earlier because I had people arriving at my house and I didn’t want to miss the game. When I arrived it was packed on people waiting. I assumed I was going to be there for awhile so asked if I could order a beer....read full review
Took family from out of state there. They wanted to try Kansas City BBQ. We're usually pleased with their food. My family members we very pleased also, great baked beans. Now they love KC BBQ.
Food and service was great but the outside of the building needs to be cleaned. Dirty diapers and empty alcohol bottles. Very disappointed
