Me and my son went in taco bell today at 12:50 pm in the afternoon and I was very pleased with the employee name Jarod B he was very helpful and respectful and I like the fact that he took my sons order and did everything we asked him to do for our food he was very professional and I like the fact he washed his hands and he definitely had on gloves that is a very important to me and my sons he even let us know which was which when we asked him to make some of our food a special...read full review
Kiosks do not have new items on them. Mgr not very helpful to kid trying to help us. Watched Mgr grab his cell phone while wrapping up food. Same gloves for all....
The service is usually acceptable. No one has a shitty attitude, but some employees are more competent than others. They have messed my order up before, but were good about replacing it.
