However, I was helped at the drove thru by maybe one of the cleanest, most courteous, and efficient employees I have ever encountered. I hope his manager or whoever sees this and commends him. I tried to go on BKs website to leave this praise but frankly it's ridiculous to navigate and I gave up on that.“

“I have eaten Mc Donald's my whole 52 yrs of life and never had French fries as good as they were today. The perfectly salted tender crispy golden drool worthy fries of 1980 Mickey D'S was back. I ate the whole box even with the nauseating sound of top 40 country hits playing overhead. The cookies were flat and over cooked but I ate them anyway because French fries will dull your taste buds enough that anything eaten directly after still tastes amazing. They have a house fly problem. But French fries. Yeah.“

“Well, I ate here on Saturday evening and I must say, it was great. The food was fresh and came fast. I had a cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks and a cherry slush. It seems the Gladstone location has really stepped it up. The girl who brought me the food was also very pleasant. She smiled the whole time and brought the food. She even checked back with me to make sure I didn't need anything more. I believe her name was Cheyenne. It is hard to find good help. She's a keeper!!“

“I've loved this particular location since the day I saw what turmed out to be the wreckage of a mid-sized sedan that had driven off the 6 or 7 foot drop at the edge of the north side parking lot, and impacted the lower parking lot (used to be quiktrip's parking lot), front-end-downward, ultimately concluding the fate of the vehicle (which I need not describe, do I?). Let's make this relevent: McDonald's reacted upon this unfortunate incident by installing (or allowing some separate entity to install) a retaining barrier, of some variation, to prevent future occurances kindred to this scenario. I have a kernel of respect for all parties associated with employment here in general, in relation to that. I like to pretend that everyone working here, whether knowledgeable of this incident or not, has had a mind to contribute toward the improvement of the safety of the facility. I know probably nobody does but I also like the fact that the food is always hot and quite delicious. Thank you, common McDonald's of the northland. My hat is off to you as a whole collective benevolent enterprise. 5 stars, 1 heart. ***** ♡“

“Best hamburgers in Kansas City! And a restaurant that actually cares about what they are serving to customers. Grass fed beef and they fry fries in beef tallow instead of seed oils.“

“Where to begin with this place? The review is a couple days late, but I had to come back to rave about Disco Burger. It was so good that I came back for a second day in a row. Fries were made to perfection, and the burger was delicious. The ordering is informal, and I loved it. Order at the window, and go grab a drink from Varsity Club. Even with the cold weather, hanging outside was comfortable. Good chance I’ll be making this a weekly occurrence, regardless of the weather.“

“Burgers are good, onion rings were excellent. Last time we went, they were out of onion rings. This time, we called before we went and was told they had onion rings. Twenty minutes later as we were placing our order, we were told they just ran out of onion rings. We left. How do you run out of onion rings? It’s really simple. If you consistently run out, order more. We will not be going back.“
