“This franchise has been the top customer service location for a long time now. I appreciate the way management runs their crew because they employees have a great attitude and they have helped me in rough and timely situations. Great crew, food is always excellent and correct. I am a huge fan of the Mocha Frappe and it is a constant competition between the surrounding McDonald's on who prepares the best one.....I have not made my conclusion yet, so far this is location is the runner up...but it is close? Great work everyone and keep it up! We notice the small things.Parking: Plenty of parking and even a grassy hill to sit on during summer days. “The food was good and the service was mostly good … until our bill came to 52.54 and our server brought back change for $53. Please do not assume that a customer does not want his/her change. If so, bright change back in the customer’s favor ($52). We did significantly decrease the tip, but it is about the principle.“

“We ended up at Hereford House by happy happenstance I was meeting Iowa cousins for dinner. Our server Linda was awesome she was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and options. The roll are so warm, soft and delicious with the honey butter. We got a real variety steak excellent, chicken was tender and chili with skillet cornbread and desserts the incredible carrot cake and warm apple crisp. A truly relaxing wonderful dinner.“
“It was great experience came as a group we all tried it for the first time I got the triple burger it was good but maybe a little overhyped still going to try more of the menu and add more onto this employees really nice and respectful my cup had a hole at the bottom and didn't notice it thought it was part of the condensation but it turned out it wasn't and employee was the one who noticed and Gave me a new cup and apologized for the inconvenience, highly recommended for atmosphere and chilling having a great time with people who care about their service and quality of experience. “We have dined in at this location twice in the last couple months (once during a really busy night and once on a slower week night) and both times we were seated quickly, had great servers, our food came within a reasonable time, and we received exactly what we ordered. The bathrooms were clean and they get bonus points for giving my preschooler a balloon on his way out! Overall a solid choice!“

“We all know these burgers are really good. The seasoned feied are amazing as well. I just discovered the fish sandwich is a monster and so delicious! I opened the container and saw the fish was hanging off the bun on both sides! I almost dropped it in shock. The first bite took my soul out of my body! After coming back to my senses. I pit that sauce on it (tarter and hot sauce) and dove in. Best fish sandwich I've ever eaten.The fried pickles were not a hit. Hardly coated and clumped together; like 6 stuck all together and shouldn't have been served. I have heard they are amazing, so I will get them another shot!“

He should have had the fries completely done shortly after the burger was done. He was too busy talking and I was the only customer in the place.“
“We went in for the restrooms and a take out order in early evening. It was moderately fast service and the order was correct. The restrooms were mostly clean. There were plenty of tables available as well. We've been through the drive through at other times and always had a good experience.“
“We took our family from out of town to Captains Corner to get some burgers. As an individual who needs gluten free due to food allergies, I was so excited that Captains Corner had a Gluten free option for the bun and fries. It may sound simple, but it means a lot when you are able to feel included in a family meal and be able to eat what you want. The burger and sweet potato fries were delicious. Our family enjoyed their lunch as well. It was the best part of our fishing excursion. Thanks Captains Corner for catering to those with food allergies!“
