“Ok, From a guy who promotes entrepreneurship and seeks the finest customer service. I traveled from Harrisburg, North Carolina to visit my father and as many of my large family possible. First off today was my second visit as I came through yesterday after pickup my 84 year old father and grabbed two coffee’s and two cookies at the recommendation of Dianna our customer service lady. She’s truly a jewel and I would find it highly unlikely the previous comment had anything to do with Dianna. Now let’s go to how the order process went today! I rolled up was greeted so politely and I said, “well I think I may just have the same thing we had yesterday.” Then Dianna said, would that be a hot carmelicious hot with almond milk and an extra shot! I was blown away! That is exactly what I ordered yesterday! Now that who I hire! This needs to be addressed and should be the BAR for others to aspire to when it comes to customer service.
