Chops has a fantastic selection of BBQ and even has gluten free buns for those of us with sensitivity. They also have a phenomenal event space right next door you can rent out! My favorite meat is their smoked ham, tender & juicy! For events I've had the BBQ pulled pork nachos and they don't disappoint! A Main Street staple in Smithville!
I came into town to visit and was taken to this awesome BBQ place! The town is great but that's another story. It's a small place with great BBQ and sides. I had the brisket with mac and cheese and tator tots. Three of us got food and everyone loved what they ate. The owner and employees were great too. They are all very nice! Thank you!

Great BBQ for a small town. As soon as we walked in a girl smiled and said hello and told us we could sit wherever. That was really nice. We had the 2 meat platter with brisket and pulled pork. Brisket was pretty tough and dry BUT with the amazing 3 choice BBQ sauce on the table it was fine! Cheesy corn is ?! We would come here just to eat the fries! They are so fresh and crispy! Service was wonderful too. Waitress was really nice!!!
