“This was our first visit and we really liked it. We were there Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy but we found a table right away (we got lucky but saw others after us waiting on a table so be prepared). I had the captains double and my wife had the tenderloin. Our son is a picky eater but he loved their fries. We also tried the fried mushrooms and onion rings. It was all really good. And to top it off we each had a cookie, also delicious. We'll definitely be back the next time we're out at Smithville Lake.

Parking: It's an old gas station, so parking and dining space is limited. We found a table right away but saw some people waiting after us

“I am the pickiest person when it comes to food, I get nervous eating burgers I haven’t made myself. I had a burger from Aroma Bistro today and WOW!! It was absolutely amazing!!! Perfectly grilled! The flavor was so good! I had fries and they were perfectly crispy!! 10/10 I will definitely be eating there again!!“

“We were passing thru and staying at Best Western Premier. The desk clerk recommended Conrad’s! We went there and so glad we did! Claire was our waitress and she was amazing! Hubby has allergies and she went back twice to make sure he was ok!! We shared the Blue Chips appetizer…with a couple cold ones. OMG….they were soooo good! We had regular BBQ sauce instead of Buffalo. Amazing! And you get so much!! Definitely enough to share! Then we both ordered the grilled chicken wrap with ranch dressing. That also was so very good! I brought 1/2 of mine back to motel for breakfast in the morning. For a side I had steamed broccoli which was excellent. Hubby had the mixed vegetables. It is a casual but nice place!! Claire was awesome and so was the food!“

“I recommend the restaurant and the staff. But the short haired manager with glasses makes the dining experience awkward for her team and uncomfortable for the patrons. Don’t berate your team, lady. But if you must, don’t shout it across the room. We eat here a lot and the staff is wonderful. Maybe she’s the common denominator among the problems she perceives.“

“Shout out to the Culver’s employee who made my beautiful strawberry fields salad this evening! It was PERFECTION!! Not only was the salad beautiful, but everything was Super Fresh! The lettuce was so very fresh & crisp; the strawberries were perfectly ripe, juicy, & freshly sliced; the grilled chicken was a generous portion & still warm, but not so hot as to wilt the lettuce. The pecans & blue cheese chunks weren’t soggy. Perfection! 😁Thanks so much!“

“My wife and I stopped in for the first time in a few years. We were seated after a bit of a wait. It is after all a Friday night in a shopping district. Our server was bright and cheery. She had a warming smile and happy persona. we placed our drink order. Shortly thereafter our food order was taken. I ordered a flat iron steak and a baker. My wife ordered soup and salad. Our dinner was served fairly quickly. Unfortunately my steak was quite a bit overcooked, so I requested one that wasn't over done. When the replacement steak was delivered, it was a bit overdone as well. I was hungry so I kept it. The manager came by to talk to us. I've spent time in a kitchen or two and I understand a dinner rush. The manager stopped at our table and wanted to assure us that this was not acceptable. She made things right, but wasn't needed or expected. I felt bad for our server because she probably feared she wasn't going to get tipped for a fairly big check. She was pretty wrong. I tipped correctly and arguably better than normal. Our return visit ended up being a great experience. We met a couple of wonderful human beings. Had some pretty good food. And, of course, my wife and I got to connect.“

“our 2nd time here from South Dakota the smoked turkey was incredible burnt ends you don't even have to chew. and the slaw is unbelievable we ate so much, then got the sampler to bring home a must stop every time we make the 5 hour drive to KC“

“I went to Culver’s on North Oak near Gladstone because I heard that their walleye was really good. I came in and the staff was super friendly offered great service and helped me decide on a meal instead of a sandwich and it was a great choice. The fish fillets are large and delicious. The fries were crisp, and the meal was very enjoyable. The staff was very responsive when I needed a little bit of extra ketchup or sauce, and just super friendly from the entire visit. I would highly recommend you come and visit Culver’s and enjoy a walleye meal while they still have it.“

“Great food and drink. It is called Burger Theory, so don’t expect anything else. They do have great burgers, but also other options - wings, chicken fingers, salads and a great selection of beer and mixed drinks. Highly recommended for what it is.“

“Jim and the team there care, a rare commodity in this day and age. A friend of mine accidentally left behind his son’s teddy bear, 6 waitresses and Jim studied the picture and took down our numbers. Jim was in the back, one of the waitresses (wish I knew her name) said to hold on that Jim would want to be involved. Think about that, a waitress willingly involving a manager, and the manager CARED. 10/10 would recommend, good food, better people. I wish this business nothing but the best. 🙏“

“The staff was wonderful! Very convenient to not have to leave the hotel after a long drive to get food, however the margarita in the margarita pizza must’ve been in the other room. Definitely was just a cheese pizza with a few tomatoes on it, no basil!“

“We celebrated our daughter’s 13th birthday with 4 of her friends and had the best experience. All the girls had a great time competing against each other and our server gave us the best service. He was very attentive and polite. We had the dip trio and fried pickles as snacks and the girls loved it all. We will definitely be back.“
