Very great management. Small discrepancy with a good item and Johnathan went above and beyond to correct the issue. Not something I would even expect from a higher end place downtown. This place is second to none. Really appreciate them, refreshing to see quality.
I came in to order food two weeks ago on a Friday night and obviously they were extremely busy. There was a bit of a wait but I was totally okay with that. Chili's Grill & Bar offers a variety of delicious food and drinks, including the Santa Fe Chicken Salad, Quesadilla Explosion Salad, fries, and $5 margaritas. The atmosphere has improved recently, and the restaurant is clean and well taken care of. The service remains top-notch, with attentive servers who greet guests with a warm smile. While there are limited vegetarian options, the staff is accommodating. The menu has been updated since before the pandemic, in a positive way. Some customers have expressed mixed feelings about the food quality, noting issues with certain items like the baby back ribs and steak. However, many diners enjoyed meals like the cheeseburger and Cajun-style Alfredo with chicken and shrimp, finding them worth the price. With $5 margaritas and quality service, Chili's continues to be a place worth visiting.
