“This was our first time ever eating out on Thanksgiving because we normally eat at home but all of our other family had plans so we decided to try the buffet here. Not only was the food absolutely AMAZING but Patty was an absolute pleasure! She was so conversational and didn’t make us feel rushed and acted as if we were the only table. “Took a lady on a first date and chose this because we were walking the area. The food was great and we drew our server as Javad was super attentive, even while training. The only downside was the level of music while trying to talk across the table. I’m sure if I’d have though to bring it up to our server, he would have handled that for us as well.“

“it was not the great experience I thought it would be, but for anyone on. a budget this palace serves enough per plate to feed an army. I am at KUMed, so taste buds are way off but everything seemed so salty. they also had no recall of my soda which I ordered online because it red soda. when my son came back with diet whatever I almost flipped him over. Maybe that's the swelling of the brain???🤔🤔🤔 regardless, my favorite husband has had a black and blue burger several times and he loves them. I get the feeling it's a dine- in kind of place.“

“Had a craving for GoChickenGo so cruises on over to this one. It's not necessarily in the best neighborhood so gotta keep your eyes open. Ordered a couple "meals" and the lady apparently misheard me.. after having my order being handed to me I ensured what I was getting and she thought I had said a half order. I suggested to just keep the half order since that's all I paid for but she insisted that it was their fault and misheard so made sure to provide a full order.

I had the pleasure of being served by Lorena Gurrola and I can’t speak highly enough of her service! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. She took the time to explain the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that all of our needs were met without being intrusive.

Her positive attitude and genuine care made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Every detail was handled with care, and her efficiency never went unnoticed. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your waitress, you’re guaranteed an excellent experience!

“Visited here on a Saturday and used my $20 dining credits. Overall, the price of things are definitely steep. The menu is relatively small. The food was really delicious and I have zero complaints with that. But the best thing was the wonderful lady that took care of me and my order - she was seriously so nice! It was a breathe of fresh air to actually have a customer service interaction with someone that was so pleasant.I was happy that Marquee had a decent variety of options in this price point and had some other ala carte items that made up the full $20. The menu on the Penn Play app and the physical menu in the restaurant are slightly different with the physical menu showing a few more selections. This is annoying not having the same information in both locations. Also, you still cannot order via the app if you want to pay with dining credits. I was told by Penn themselves that this is not live yet Hollywood advertised it as such.My order took less than 15 minutes (estimated time) and had condiments/silverware in the bag. I ended up reheating this for a later meal and it was honestly so delicious. The chicken and waffle meal (with breakfast potatoes) was way better than I expected and would order it again if given the chance!“

“This evening we went here to celebrate my mom's birthday. There were 18 of us and we had 2 server. This kid, I believe his name was Kevin? W blonde wild cool hair, did a phenomenal job. He worked his butt off and was on top of it all. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to him bc I have not had service like that anywhere in a very long time. He deserves to be recognized.
