“On Thursday 4/25/2024, we purchased a #1 boil dinner & a #2 boil dinner. The sausage & shrimp were very good. But the crab was overcooked; so tasteless & dry that the meat was difficult to get out of the crab legs. The potato "pieces" were smashed from being overcooked as was the corn. The whole meal was so salty the food was hardly fit to eat. Had to throw a large portion away! What a waste of money and we drove 30 miles to kck to pick up our meal! We will not order from them again. I would give the business a rating of '0'.”

“Last week 2Hot2Handle was one of the trucks provided for our 5 Star Nursing Symposium at The Univ of KS Health System. I had the brisket. It was, in a word, DELICIOUS! The slices were so tender, so flavorful and generously sliced - thicker than at most sit-down restaurants. And let me compliment another thing - the macaroni! It was perfectly done and had a tasty creamy sauce with just enough pepper. Exceeded my expectations. Thanks!”

“-20, Nasty terrible customer service. When a Hispanic customer was actually giving them a compliment, and talking good about them, and was telling other customer that, the wait was worth it. The cashier was very frustrated, irritated, and Fluster, with their job because they were in fast environment and a chaotic environment (#tacosandtequilafestival) She took out her frustration on a good customer that was actually trying to promote them. And was quick to assume I was badmouthing them. In all reality this customer was telling the other customers that the wait was worth it. And I was talked to really nasty and terrible from the main actual owner. And I believe his daughter, was the person who started the drama because she was so quick to assume, and make a joke out of herself. But, In reality, it just showed how they don't know how to work in a fast environment, they get flustered. And become racist!! Never, ever again, would I purchase or buy from them!! I got video of it too. Receipts.”

“Found Avenues through a Groupon. We bought the Shrimp Boil, Filet and Shrimp Scampi, Antipasto platter, and two cannolis. The meal portions were huge, our order could have easily fed 4 people. The shrimp boil was spicy, with a lot of shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and a whole ear of corn. The filet was flavorful, and the shrimp scampi was served similar to Alfredo, it tasted so good! The antipasto platter has lots of yummy bites, I really enjoyed the salami and artichoke hearts. The cannolis were great too! They also included a little bag of decorated mini cookies, with a ribbon and Go Royals! tag. I'm sure it was part of one of the entrees we ordered, but an unexpected but delightful little bread pudding was in our ca bag as well. Food was great, portions were large, and the staff at curbside was very nice. I do wish GPS hadn't left us about halfa block away though.”

“We have been coming to this location every couple of years for the past 15 years or so. After reading the recent reviews I was a little apprehensive, but I really don't know what everyone is complaining about. We found the grounds and indoor areas to be clean, the check in was flawless, the life guards were on point, the water park was operational and the bathrooms were clean. My daughter had her glasses fall out of her bag and we checked back at closing time and they had them. (thanks to those who turned them in). The rooms were clean, we enjoyed mini golf and the activities in the lobby. The food and drinks may be over priced but so is any ball park or concert you go to. We avoided the buffet and got donuts from the coffee shop. The beds could be a bit firmer, but it was only for 2 nights and the kids had a ball. We adults relaxed and enjoyed it also.”

“Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.”

We were greeted in a way I can only describe as "vibes" and that was the start of what I hope is a long and fruitful relationship with this amazing establishment. The drinks are smooth and unique, the grilled cheese (which was my husbands but if you think I wasn't going to nibble like a mouse at a Gouda and pesto grilled cheese, you are nuts) was HEAVENLY, the muffin was it's blueberry best and the ambiance was immaculate. “We've eaten here before and the food was really good, prices are ok. Tried to order by phone - Phone wouldn't ring through. Tried to order online and that wouldn't work either. I couldn't, for example, order a large hush puppy order. It would only allow me to order 2 smalls, which cost more. I have no idea how many pieces of fish are in a small vs large order and couldn't call to ask because the phone goes straight to a voicemail that hasn't been set up. I'm gonna just order Chinese.”

“This is fine dining without the restaurant. The food is superb and packaged very well to hold the heat in. The portions are, in my personal opinion, very large. My college age daughter and I share one meal and are comfortably full. This also lends to sharing meals as you then get 2 great entrees. That alone would be great but the desserts are amazing as well. I have personally tried the flour less chocolate cake, cheesecake, carrot cake, Tiramisu and regular chocolate cake. All delicious but the carrot cake is my favorite. It is a step above with pineapple and coconut and I thought that I detested coconut! Wrong again! If you are looking for amazing Italian comfort food, you can't go wrong here. I'm addicted and actually dream about my next meal! :) Bravo to the chef and I look forward to my next meals with you!”

“Stopped in on a Saturday to try tacos for the KCK Taco Trail and omg we were blown away. We tried the Asada and the Al Pastor Tacos. The Pastor was only okay (needed salt) but that Asada might be the best we’ve tried so far! So good with perfect seasoning, great flavor, and excellent steak. We liked that it came with red onions and plenty of cilantro. Both salsas were good, one was a mild green salsa that was amazing and one was a super spicy chili oil. That one was no joke! Super hot but great flavor. This is a counter service restaurant and they didn’t have beer but we did get a big Coke. Will definitely return to try more Asada Tacos!!!”

“Love Olive Garden! I always get seated quickly & get great service & food. My faaaavorite soup is the Zuppa Toscana so I often get the unlimited soup, salad, & breadsticks. Of course who doesn't love their salad & breadsticks?!! I also love their lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, & Tour of Italy, but an entree is too much to eat with the unlimited soup & salad, so I'll eat the unlimited soup, salad, & breadsticks at the restaurant, order an entree with salad & breadsticks to go, & also take home a $6 spaghetti with meat sauce. They usually also let me take home an extra bowl of Zuppa Toscana & extra breadsticks at no extra charge. I then divide the salad into two meals for an inexpensive spaghetti & salad lunch at work the next day, eat the entree & remaining salad for dinner the next night, & take the extra soup & breadsticks to work for lunch the following day. I end up with 4 meals & all cravings satisfied for a reasonable price & never had to cook & do kitchen clean-up!”
