Beverly’s is described as an absolute gem and a quaint, cute place on the hill. The pizza is really good with a nice and crispy crust, and the thin crust pizza is called the best in KC by far. The buffalo chicken wrap with top tier homemade ranch and the drinks always hit too. The frenchie 75 and a new fall drink are both delicious. The drinks are thoughtfully curated and paired with excellent food, and the cocktails are interesting. There is a seasonal cocktail that funds the adoption of a animal at the shelter of the month. The bar is clean with outstanding drinks. It is a great place to take a date during the week, quiet with chill music in the background and not completely packed so you can have a conversation. It is a lively and fun space with lovely decor. The service is great with great recommendations on food and drink. There is a wonderful owner that connects and supports the community through actions not words. Beverly’s is without a doubt the best place to grab a bite and a drink in KCK, possibly the KC Metro, and is highly recommended to both locals and visitors.
