Panchitas Mexican Food offers a family restaurant atmosphere with traditional Mexican childhood games on the tables. The customer service is top tier, with a nice waiter and an owner who greets guests and talks about how they make the salsas, making customers feel valued and giving the restaurant a sense of community. The wide variety of dishes is great, and the chilaquiles verdes are loaded and some of the best. Mother's Day brunch is incredible, with everyone dressed up, Mariachi playing wonderfully, and amazing food with huge variety that does not impact the quality. The Mother's Day buffet had a 20 minute wait even though it was packed, and the meat, salsas, soups, coffee and extras were all very good. The atmosphere and service are awesome with live music, and it is good for kids who loved the food. The place is adorable in an old Mexico style with genuine ambience and traditional Mexican pottery for most of the serving stations. The buffet is just huge and everything tried was excellent, with Mexican Cokes to start and entertainment on Saturday. It is one of the better spots in KCK, with top service, nice ambience, and a great bang for the buck.
