“Recently, I have been to the Wendy’s at 78th in Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, KS wyandotte county. I’ve gone to the drive-through both times. “This Wendy's is just like any other Wendy's. Fireplace inlay. TV tuned to CHIVE. Soda dispenser. Clean lobby.
The only reason it's 4 stars is that Wendy's is expensive. The quality has always never been in-question.
But THIS Wendy's is the best Wendy's I've ever had the pleasure of frequenting near-daily. The PEOPLE are what makes this Wendy's so special. I've always been welcomed to the front or at the window in a friendly demeanor. Luis, a fixture of MANY indoor dine-ins experiences I've had, is always cool and prompt in his ability to get orders correct and to remember the orders of frequent visitors. When doing his walk-thru cleaning, he will greet individuals and ask them about their food and overall experience.“
“THE BISCUITS AND GRAVY WAS AMAZING AND MY DAUGHTER LOVED THE SINGLE SAUSAGES THAT I BOUGHT HER FROM HERE AS WELL!! “You know I’ve been going to Wendy’s for probably 40 to 50 years of my life and I have never had such a great experience as I just had at the drive-through at the Wendy’s on North Oak and 152 Highway. The man was enthusiastic he was genuinely enjoying his work and the people around him provided me a great quality meal and made eye contact with genuine appreciation that I was in his restaurant. I don’t know his name, but he was wearing a red shirt today and he had some gold on his front teeth and he is a black male so if you can figure out who that guy is, give him a raise thank him promote him do something, but you guys need a whole bunch more of him at your restaurant because that will bring people back.“
“It's a Wendy's so a burger joint. They always have juicy burgers and the fries ? aren't bad. I had 3 take out orders. At lunch time, even after paying for 2 orders with cash they didn't have change for a $100 bill. One would think that they should have more change especially during the busiest time of the day. Not pleased I had to use a credit card ? for lunch because they didn't have change.
Parking: Plenty of good parking ?️“
