“This is the 2nd time I stopped and ate at Wendy's in the past 6 months. The Food & Service was Excellent at BOTH places. We stayed in the car to eat but it LOOKED Welcoming from the parking lot! I DO HOPE that Wendy's will BE THE ONE "FAST FOOD EATERY" that will start having NO SALT or even LESS SALT" CHOICES! (It's one reason I don't eat out very much anymore!) I ate there last night and I had gained "water weight" this morning (1.5 lbs) I'm a heart patient, I weigh every morning. “Good was hot and came out be promptly. The dining room and bathrooms were decently up kept. But never have I ever been sitting down in a day food restaurant chain where the manager made time to come around and speak to make sure each guest was good! Noted and definitely made an impression as it was appreciated!“
“I don't come to this location normally but I was surprised by the great customer service and fresh food! An employee and a manager went out of the way to try to help me with a mobile app bug and unfortunately since it was a bug they couldn't really do much but they did try to help me and apologize for the inconvenience and we're very friendly and kind. They did go out of their way to try to help and that's what counts!“

“I don't know what Wendy's is doing these days but keep it up, I loved them as a young man and always ate their burgers but several years ago things changed and their burgers were terrible,dry and tasteless but I guess they got the message though because lately they have been the best burgers ever.“

“The night shift was truly amazing for me. I understand that many people may not share the same sentiment, but when I visited tonight, the staff treated me with such kindness. My food arrived hot and fresh, and my only minor complaint was the fact that the cash registers at the front were not working for some odd reason. Consequently, they had to use the drive-through window, although, thankfully, they weren't too busy. Edit: one of the employees looked for me to give me my change what employee looks for you. The only reason he looked for me was because i had went to fill up my cup.“
