“Recently, I have been to the Wendy’s at 78th in Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, KS wyandotte county. I’ve gone to the drive-through both times. “The food was really good and hot. When i paid for my food i have gave Sandra 17 dollars to put towards my payment and gave her my card to pay for the rest. “Was starving in Kansas city during a layover, popped in here and despite it being really busy because of world cup events, the staff was friendly food was fresh and it was reasonably priced. A few shady people were hanging out in the lobby for a few minutes they were escorted out almost immediately. Bathroom was clean no real complaints at all“
“We had a very complex order that they walked through with in spite of ambient confusion. They pretty much got it right (we just forgot the ketchup packets. They're very cool here. Really nice people and very professional. The burgers were excellent!“

“You know I’ve been going to Wendy’s for probably 40 to 50 years of my life and I have never had such a great experience as I just had at the drive-through at the Wendy’s on North Oak and 152 Highway. The man was enthusiastic he was genuinely enjoying his work and the people around him provided me a great quality meal and made eye contact with genuine appreciation that I was in his restaurant. I don’t know his name, but he was wearing a red shirt today and he had some gold on his front teeth and he is a black male so if you can figure out who that guy is, give him a raise thank him promote him do something, but you guys need a whole bunch more of him at your restaurant because that will bring people back.“
“The food was good the customer service wasn't to bad restroom was a little dirty the lobby was messy drink area needed cleaned tables need wiped down. Got my food in a decent amount of time was hit tasted fresh. If the tables in the lobby were wiped down would have given 5 stars. I was the only person in the lobby also floors were sticky.“
