“Normally, I have no complaints about this location as I tend to frequent it. But this evening I was extremely disappointed to get home and find that both my daughter and I had the wrong drinks with our meals. I’m sure whomever was expecting their 2 teas with lemonades were extremely disappointed. We on the other hand were both disappointed and disgusted as we don’t like ice tea and would have preferred the drinks ordered. So down the drain they went.“

She was rude and just shoved my bag of food at me, said "here". Haven't seen her in there last few times I went. Hope they got rid of her. Really wanting some of those fries now!“

And I'm always greeted with a smile as well. This location is the chic file A version of pizza hut . He was extremely helpful, and was very helpful when my friend made a special request on how her mozzarella sticks were made. He made sure it got done, and added to a very delightful dining experience.

“Not the best Arby's but is more convient for work then next one down the road close to home. The water tab on the soda fountain is on the poweraid spigot so water has a slight 'blue' flavor to it, usually on the lemonaid or sprite and you don't get that when in those. Ordered (two)9 piece steak bites and received less in each... They did prepare the additional ones but think they only did the 5 piece order originally“

“I just want to say thank you so much. They are the only ones who follow the instructions. I recently had to have all my teeth removed and eating is near impossible and they cut my sandwich up in smaller pieces for me so I could eat it easier. Such a small action literally has me in tears because it has been such a struggle and I can't express how much it means to me. A little kindness really goes a long way.“

“Went in at 10:30am whoever was working today was amazing! Kind and really sweet, Helped my boyfriend get his sweet tea, two hispanic ladies.
