“I used the Kiosk to order. Kiosks have hand sanitizer dispenser available at each kiosk.
They were all empty. So how many people touched the kiosk screens before me? How many had unwashed hands, or colds, or who knows what other germs and diseases?
It was only 10:30 am. I would think company policy and training would require refilling dispensers at the beginning of a shift in the morning. Unsanitary.“

“I'm not sure what his real name is but there is a man that works there in the AM that makes my daughters day with pleasantly professional service every single time to go. Like she has to stop in for salad with a wizard sort of speaking lol . Couldn't be more grateful for the warmth felt service.“

“I'm not so sure about the Westport location after witnessing an employee kind of heavy set with dreads died at the tips snorting cocaine in the back by the dumpsters and selling drugs he had to be the cook and I just do not want any fairy dust on my waffles or my chicken I rather go braid water or bite the curb that is not what I expected to see when pulling up and I definitely don't want to spend my money with an establishment that knowingly hires drug addicts“

“The food is fantastic. The service was okay with no problems, not a long wait, and they were pleasant in their overall attitude. My group sat at the outside eating area. There is no trash can available so there is trash left everywhere. We cleared a spot but were still stepping on beer cans, empty food containers, used napkins, etc. One of our group brought out a trash bag from their car and we cleaned up after ourselves. I doubt most people will be able to do that.“

“The food was great and the prices were even better. They have great kids options and great desserts. The best part of it all is that the meal came with complimentary, all you can eat in breadsticks. Breadsticks are so soft and fluffy. I highly recommend“

“Normally, I have no complaints about this location as I tend to frequent it. But this evening I was extremely disappointed to get home and find that both my daughter and I had the wrong drinks with our meals. I’m sure whomever was expecting their 2 teas with lemonades were extremely disappointed. We on the other hand were both disappointed and disgusted as we don’t like ice tea and would have preferred the drinks ordered. So down the drain they went.“

“Ordered buffalo tenders and got regular
on my way to work. Didn't realize it until I started eating in the car. I called to get a replacement. I was told to keep the regular tenders until after my shift and replace with the correct. I was hungry and of course ate before my shift. Partially my fault because I did not check my order before I left. Anthony at the window had great customer service food was good just not what I ordered. The male I spoke to on the phone was close minded to a mistake even being made. I wish this review had the option for me to upload a photo.“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! “If you were on the highway heading north, you seen a sign saying chick-fil-a but no building, I heard new store open and first ones you get a year of chix sandwich meal, COVID hit and nobody knew what will happen, I work overnight and drove fast to get in line and I got one of the lucky card, staff was super friendly with long lines of cars and at the window too, then carry out, Drew was the cashier, we talked and that was the first time for me to talk to head guy, I’ll see them at the door and say hi but that’s all, this was the first location to dine in, I’m a red card member been to Salina to Springfield and never had staff come ask if I wanted a refill or how is everything, I meet Sabrina who comes by your table how is everything wanting a refill outgoing lady, who should be employee of the month“

“So I’ve been here previous to this review and everything was fine. Perfect I got a bacon egg, sausage and cheese sandwich particularly for breakfast to be exact. Everything was fine. The this second time arguing for whatever reason the cook just could not get a hold on his head to save his life I guess supposedly which I did not remember this the first time around when I went there that the breakfast sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato & mayonnaise on it. Last I checked, those kinds of things came on something like a lunch sandwich such as a BLT so I had no idea of that so I asked them to remake it. Well when they remade it, I just left because I just knew that my sandwich was gonna be correct this time and of course, when I open it up all it was was a sausage and cheese and egg sandwich no bacon and OK. Call me a Karen if you will because only one item was missing but come on now I know he saw the bacon obviously was on a sandwich to begin with. That is what I paid for. This is exactly why I do not go out to eat anymore & I do not waste my money on food that is not being cooked in my kitchen.“

“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“
