This was the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Just cleaning and wiping down everything non-stop. Very polite employees as well. The only issue was my kids got a free ice cream (which we didn't realize since we don’t have Culver’s where we live) and they wouldn’t give us the ice cream for free since we didn’t have the coupons from the bag, which we didn’t realize we had accidentally thrown away. Fantastic!! Food was great but most importantly the service, especially David. I had ordered online for a 9 pm pick up, plans changed and I needed pick up at 8 pm. I could find no way to change the pick up online, so I called the restaurant and David the manager (I think - if not he should be!)He was very busy but incredibly polite and was able to oblige.At 8 pm I arrived, but hadn't entered the store, at 8:06 as I walked in as my phone rang - it was David! My first impression was how clean it was - no napkins on the floor, straws, etc. and my order was immediately taken, made correctly (only cheese and ketchup on the burger), and the milkshake was out to me within a few minutes. This type of service is needed when you are on lunch break and need to be back soon. I'll definitely be back.
