“Jersey mikes never disappoints! I travel all over the world and as long as I go in to place my order I get perfection everytime. Sometimes they have restrictions for custom orders on door dash and online order options so this place was worth the drive. This location doesn’t have avocado but my sandwich was still bomb!!! Service was great, but no team member really stood out.“

“They were making the food fresh in the back and wait was not long at all. Customer service was on point as well. The interaction between the coworkers were good as they helped each out. Once food was put out, they made our plates. Mind you they were getting ready to close and still made awesome accommodations for my family and I.“

“We really enjoy Chipotle, but my recent visit to the prairie village location disappointed. Adding chips & guacamole I found the quantity of chips were about half of what I get at the chipotle in Waldo. PV usually gives a good helping of veggies but they seemed short, this time, as well. It’s not a game changer - maybe locations for purchase, however.“

“I'm not so sure about the Westport location after witnessing an employee kind of heavy set with dreads died at the tips snorting cocaine in the back by the dumpsters and selling drugs he had to be the cook and I just do not want any fairy dust on my waffles or my chicken I rather go braid water or bite the curb that is not what I expected to see when pulling up and I definitely don't want to spend my money with an establishment that knowingly hires drug addicts“

“Excellent experience! The service person was amazing. She really gave me all of the peppers and cheese that I asked for and needed. No complaints. I love the Stuffed Shell Duo at $5.99. It's a great price, and it's so good. I think here is the best one I've ever tried of any fazoli's. So good and th bead sticks! Service was fast, friendly and accurate. Totally professional!“

“Walleye Quality Issues: breading: tastes fishy & rancid, fishbones.
My friend insisted we go to Culver's to get the walleye; which is seasonal. I love the mild flavor of Walleye; have caught & eaten it often.
She and her husband got the dinner. I got the sandwich. My first bite was awful; had a rancid/fishy taste. I split the fillet in two and took a bite of just the fish (no breading); the fish itself was good. As I was removing all of the breading from the fillet and bun, my friend said her fish tasted terrible. I suggested she remove the breading from all of the fillets; hers & her husband's.
As we were eating the naked fillets, we noticed her husband's plate had fishbones and started searching for and removing bones from his plate (hoping he hadn't ingested any) Neither her, nor my, fillets had bones in them.
We usually enjoy our Culver's visits but this time, it appears:
#1. Someone didn't clean the frying oil before reusing it.
#2. Someone didn't store the oil properly after it was used.
Recommend:
Staff: training on frying oil use and storage.
Supervisors: confirm proper follow-through.

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! Attention management…you have something very special in this gentleman! Take note and reward this treatment of customers!!!“

“Placed an order for pickup on their app. App indicated the order would be ready by 1:14. I checked in at 1:15. At 1:22 I called the store to find out where my order was. They acted like it was news to them. They did find my order but I had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to bring it out. It was hot and fresh so maybe they didn’t work the order until I called in?
Their drive through had no line and the parking lot was nearly empty at 1:15 so I’m not sure why the order had problems.“

“If you were on the highway heading north, you seen a sign saying chick-fil-a but no building, I heard new store open and first ones you get a year of chix sandwich meal, COVID hit and nobody knew what will happen, I work overnight and drove fast to get in line and I got one of the lucky card, staff was super friendly with long lines of cars and at the window too, then carry out, Drew was the cashier, we talked and that was the first time for me to talk to head guy, I’ll see them at the door and say hi but that’s all, this was the first location to dine in, I’m a red card member been to Salina to Springfield and never had staff come ask if I wanted a refill or how is everything, I meet Sabrina who comes by your table how is everything wanting a refill outgoing lady, who should be employee of the month“

“Just ate at the 78th and State location. Food was delicious. I had the 8 piece whole wings special for $8.99 and side order of livers. The breading is not heavy and both the wings and livers were nice and crispy. The wife had the tenders combo and the tenders were a good size. She liked the taste and lite batter. Will definitely go back. I need to try the fish. Other customers raved about the fish. Staff were very nice and friendly. They cook your food to order so expect to wait. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion.“

“Joe took care of us today, he was awesome! Extremely patient, very kind, and had great suggestions on what to eat. He was totally right about the burnt end sandwich, btw. “Harold's on 1337 Admiral Blvd. is back open with different owners!!! I just found out last week. I have always ordered bacon, egg and cheese sandwich with mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, add onions. “Ordered buffalo tenders and got regular
on my way to work. Didn't realize it until I started eating in the car. I called to get a replacement. I was told to keep the regular tenders until after my shift and replace with the correct. I was hungry and of course ate before my shift. Partially my fault because I did not check my order before I left. Anthony at the window had great customer service food was good just not what I ordered. The male I spoke to on the phone was close minded to a mistake even being made. I wish this review had the option for me to upload a photo.“

“I finally tried Raising Cane’s today. I’ve always wondered what all the glowing reviews added up to, and after my visit, it felt like a pretty standard dining experience.
The restaurant itself was nice—clean, attractive, and with plenty of room to dine in. Service was quick and friendly, which definitely stood out.
The food, though, was fairly average. The wrinkle fries were lukewarm, and I’ll admit I’ve got a bit of an axe to grind when it comes to cold fries. It feels like more places are slipping on serving food fresh, and this visit didn’t change that impression. The chicken strips were crispy, but they seemed like they’d been sitting just long enough to lose that fresh-out-of-the-fryer magic.
Nothing really jumped out at me as “this is why Cane’s is the authority on chicken.” Honestly, it didn’t feel much different from grabbing fried chicken at a grocery store across the street.
That said, I wouldn’t rule it out—I’d go back if the mood struck. At least now I know exactly what to expect.“

“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“

“I often drive about 15 minutes to this Chick-Fil-A and every time I go through the drive-thru, I see Domi. She is unbelievably kind and always brightens my day with a simple, “Good to see you again.” The fact that she recognizes a not-so-regular regular in a line that serves thousands is truly a gift. Her warmth makes my mornings brighter and she is such a light. Domi is a true treasure to this Chick-Fil-A, and because of her, I’ll make it a point to come to this location every time.“

“Ordered through the app. There happened to be another person that also ordered through the app that had the same first name. Our orders got mixed up a little bit and I ended up with the wrong food.
The staffy and the manager here are so freaking nice and helpful. They corrected the issue extremely quickly and I left a very happy customer. Too many people take the time to write a shit review of a place And it might just be a burger... But damn when that burger was made how I was thinking of when I was ordering. And it was placed ever so gingerly in my hands. The planets aligned, just like February 28th 2026 look it up, it turned my day completely around.“

“I recommend Arby,s just not at Santa Fe, Overland Park. I always order potato cakes. This location its like eating cardboard - hard and extra crispy. This time I ask if they were fresh I was told yes... one bite told me they weren't. A minute later they give me another order.. I didn't believe they were fresh... It was too quick. I asked for my money back.. Manager called we a Buger butt... and complained I was getting free food.. Really? I left the food there and went to Shawnee Arby's, he made it right. The other Arby's is closer to my house but not worth the hassle...“

“This was delicious, real food that fit with my keto diet. I choose my sides to go with a perfectly grilled salmon. Definitely not a you can have fries or mushy sauteed veggies place. The Brussels Sprouts and Eggplant were wonderful accompaniments. I highly recommend that you try the dine in or take out!“
