Kitch makes it easy to get nutrients and vitamins without compromise and as a Celiac with a strict gluten free diet, I can’t thank Kitch enough for making food easy and enjoyable!”

They do have other options for bowls and they also have a really good cold brew to top it all off. No need to stop at Starbucks, just come to one place!”

“Sure, the ice cream is really good, but the service is off the charts. Just a typical Wednesday night and they are in the weeds. The line is out the door and you know they feel the pressure, yet continue to serve with a smile. Patience is key. It's not their fault that everyone in the area loves this place and happens to be here all at once. Rather than get frustrated, just sit back and watch them work. Your ice cream will come, and when it does, you will realize why it's worth the wait. You know about the lines and yet you still come back. That's saying something about the experience.”

“This was delicious, real food that fit with my keto diet. I choose my sides to go with a perfectly grilled salmon. Definitely not a you can have fries or mushy sauteed veggies place. The Brussels Sprouts and Eggplant were wonderful accompaniments. I highly recommend that you try the dine in or take out!”
