This new food truck enjoys a beautiful location at Meadowbrook Park between the Verbena and The Market restaurants, with which it shares ownership. They also share a nice patio with The Market and feature family friendly comfort foods. The food truck is semi-permanently located here, but is also available for off-site events. My sloppy Joes sandwich with a bag of chips ($6.50) was served just a few minutes after I ordered at the window, where the service was welcoming and helpful....read full review

The burger and fries at Miss Ruby’s are delicious! My husband’s favorite is their grilled cheese sandwich. I also recommend the French onion grilled cheese and street tacos. The prices are very reasonable. We were all excited when they reopened this Spring!
