“I have been going here since I was a little girl. I have quite a bit of German heritage and my dad found it important too help me and my brother's experience authentic German food. Sandwiches here are amazing the sausages are extremely high quality and the people are just so friendly and kind. My kids are finally getting to an age where this will start to be memories for them too.

Kid-friendliness: I have fond memories of this place as a child and I take my children here.”

However, while it's a pleasant spot for a drink, there are definitely other cocktail bars in Kansas City that stand out more.

The menu is solid but not particularly unique, and the vibe, while enjoyable, doesn’t quite set it apart from other places in the city. Service is generally good, but the overall experience doesn't quite reach the level of some of KC's more notable cocktail spots.

“My sandwich was delicious. The customer service was great! It was my birthday and I asked if they had a special for birthdays. The gentleman explain that I could go through their rewards app. He was very polite. Even though I didn't get a reward for my birthday they still made my visit pleasant.”

“What a fantastic place. Tv's everywhere. Comfy booths to sit in. Service was fantastic. I tried the Barbq Burger and sweet potatoes fries. The fries came with a marshmallow sauce. The Burger was delicious and huge. My wife had a grilled chicken wrap and onion rings. She loved it. She also had two margaritas. She said the drinks were fantastic. I loved the cups they brought the water in. Kept everything ice cold. The only con would maybe be the parking. I could see it being a little tight on a busy time. Can't wait to come back.”

“Being new to Mission, I've tried 4 dishes there now and am very satisfied. The service is very fast, the prices are accurate to the website and take out menu, the food is very hot and delicious and the servings are generous. Pricing is a bit lower than other Chinese takeout places, too.The steamed dumplings are great, General Tsos is not too sweet or overly sauced, the garlic sauce is perfection, and the Singapore chow Mei fun was soo good. I definitely recommend.I didn't care for the chicken fried rice (bland and plain) or the crab rangoon ( had a very sour taste, like spoiled milk and no sweetness).”

“I came here before and had a reaction to the pumpkin drinks. It turns out the pumpkin sauce is made with milk. Once the dairy issue was brought up the staff were very accommodating and they were willing to make a non-dairy drink for free. The barista even read the ingredients on the chai syrup to make sure I could drink it. Most coffee shops aren't very careful about allergies or intolerances, so this was a pleasant surprise. I'd recommend anyone with dairy issues to come here.”

“This is the best of all the Starbucks. Every time I go to another one, I wonder why I even still go to Starbucks. Service is eh, atmosphere is eh. Drinks are inconsistent. But not here.
